Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Thinking of You Card

Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Thinking of You Card

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow stamp set.  Karen Kxenzakovic, a teammate created a card using this stamp set and it reminded me that each day, I keep thinking of making a card using this stamp set.  To me it is similar to another stamp set we had several years ago and I loved that set.   I also used stamps from Stampin’ Up! Ranunculus Romance and Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints.

My challenge for today is the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  I go diagonally from top right to bottom left — butterfly, flowers, die cuts.

I am joining The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge also.  Their theme for this challenge is Butterflies, Dragonflies, Bees.

I started with a Basic White card stock card base.  On another panel of Basic White card stock, I stamped the flowers from Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow in Olive Olive in for the leaves and I used a Polished Pink Stamp & Write Pen to color the flowers.  I used Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz inks stamped off once to stamp the greenery from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints.  The print at the top is stamped in Balmy Blue and is stamped off twice using a stamp from Stampin’ Up!  Ranunculus Romance stamp also the postmark stamp at the bottom of the card stamped in Smoky Slate ink and stamped off once.

The art panel is matted on a panel of Hues of Happiness DSP and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Basic Rhinestone Jewels are colored with a Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends Marker and popped around the card front.  A butterfly is cropped from Basic White card stock and colored with Blending Brushes and Polished Pink and Pear Pizzazz ink.  It is then popped on the card front.  The greeting is stamped in Memento Black in on a piece of Basic White card stock and cropped using a die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

The inside panel has a butterfly brushed on the corner of the panel using Blending Brushes and Polished Pink and Pear Pizzazz inks.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a butterfly brushed to the envelope flap using Blending Brushes and Polished Pink ink and Pear Pizzazz ink.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!
