Stampin with Shirley G

It is the last few hours of 2023.  I may make it for this one last card.

This is a CAS of Mary Deatherage’s card.  I have made this before.  You can see all the instructions on Mary’s blog.  She give great instructions.  Click on her name.  I thought it would be a great way to use up DSP as I still have several packages, I have never opened.

These are the challenges I am joining for this card.

My card base is Night Of Navy card stock with a Basic White mat to adhered the cut pieces to.  I used Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper to create the stack, cut, shuffle.  It gives you four cards and a pretty quick creation.  I selected two piece of the Designer Series Paper using both sides  so that is four sheets of the Designer Series Paper in all.  Follow this link and it will take you to Mary’s page that shows how to cut the stack, cut, shuffle pieces.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Notes of Nature stamp set is stamped in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Two strips of Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper are adhered on each side of the sentiment.  The piece is then adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A Basic White medium envelope get a piece of Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I am again using elements from December Paper Pumpkin to create the card I am sharing today.  I also used an embossing folder from Basic 3 D Embossing Folder.

I am entering Try A Sketch On Tuesday Challenge for this card.

The card base is Basic White card stock.  A panel of Balmy Blue card stock is embossed using an embossing folder from Basic 3 D Embossing Folders.  This panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  

Taking one of the card fronts from the All The Best kit, a 2″ strip is cut and flagged at the end, then matted on a piece of Basic White card stock.  The banner is then adhered to the card front.  A label is stamped with dandelions using stamps from the All The Best kit.  They are stamped in Crushed Curry and Old Olive ink.  it is then adhered to the card front over the banner and a dandelion is popped on the side of it.  2023-2025 In Color Dots are popped around the card front.  A greeting is stamped in Pebble Path ink on a piece of Basic White card stock , a dandelion is also stamped in the corner.  The greeting is popped on using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A Basic White envelope gets dandelions stamped on the envelope flap using Crush Curry and Old Olive ink.
