Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle with Dainty Flowers Dies — Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle with Dainty Flowers Dies — Thinking of You

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle stamp set, Dainty Flowers Dies and an embossing folder from Basic 3D Dies.

I am entering Cardz 4 Galz Challenge today.  Their theme for this challenge is Spring Flowers.

I am also entering the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  I choose down the right side.

My design inspiration comes from the sketch design for the Try Stampin’ On Tuesday Challenge.

I started with Starry Sky card stock for my card base.  To this I added a panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a piece of Basic White card stock and embossed using a die from Basic 3D Dies. I matted the piece on a piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock.  I popped this onto the card front over two short pieces of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper added at the top and bottom of the Rich Razzleberry mat using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I die cut the daisies and vine from Pear Pizzazz card stock and Rich Razzleberry card stock using dies from Stampin’ Up! Dainty Flowers Dies.  These are adhered to the embossed piece using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A butterfly is die cut from a piece of Basic White card stock using a die from Brilliant Wings Dies and colored with Pear Pizzazz and Rich Razzleberry ink using a Blending Brush.  It is popped on the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional.  Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are popped  on the flowers and butterfly, three are popped in the upper corner of the card.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle stamp set is stamped in Rich Razzlelberry ink on a Basic White scrap, fussy cut and matted on a scrap of Rich Razzleberry card stock which is also fussy then popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper is adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card base.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle stamp set is stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink.  Flowers and vine are identical to the ones on the card front.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends

Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends

The card I am sharing today is a birthday card I have created for my grandson’s birthday.  I believe the Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends stamp set & Dies makes a perfect birthday card for a guy.  The blue gingham can be for a man’s blue gingham shirt.  This card is a CAS of Amy Koender’s.  When she posted this card a month or so ago, I knew I want to have a card like this for my grandson’s birthday.

I am entering the Seize The Birthday Challenge — their optional theme is Things in a Garden.  Even though I do not have Happy Birthday on my card it is because I want to write a personal birthday message to my grandson, I knew this design from Amy Koender’s is perfect for a man’s birthday card.

My card base is Balmy Blue card stock.  A panel of Country Gingham Designer Series Paper is cut and matted on a panel of Basic White card stock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  The Country Gingham panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Two different ovals are die-cut from Basic White card stock using two dies from Stampin’ up! Framed Floret Dies.  The ovals are adhered one over the other using Stampin’ Dimensionals, then adhered to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug stamp set is stamped in Soft Suede ink on a piece of Basic White card stock then die cut using a die from Stylish Shapes Dies.

I stamped the bird nest, bird, and tree branch in Tuxedo Memento ink onto Basic White card stock, colored using Balmy Blue, Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Real Red, and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I die-cut the bird nest, bird, and tree branch using Dies from Stampin’ Up! Nested Friends Dies.  They are then adhered to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Three 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots are popped around the card front.  Since I called the Country Gingham a man’s shirt the 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots can be the buttons on the shirt.

I die cut a bird nest from Crumb Cake and So Suede card stock adhering them together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then adhered the bird nest over the Country Gingham Designer Series Paper strip adhered at the bottom of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I die cut three bird eggs coloring using a Balmy Blue Watercolor Pencil.  I adhered the three eggs in the bird nest using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Granny Apple Green leaves are popped around the bird nest. There is still plenty of room on the sentiment page to write a Happy Birthday message to my grandson.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets — Hello

Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets — Hello

The card I am sharing today is created without stamping as that is the requirement of one of the Challenges I am entering today.  I used Stampin Up! Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper for the flowers, cards from Enjoy The Adventure Memories & More Card Pack, and Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

My design inspiration comes from the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge for this week.

I am also entering the Just Add Ink Challenge — their theme for this challenge is NO STAMPING.

I used Basic White card stock as my card base. I used a card from Enjoy The Adventure Memories &  More Card Pack matting it on a piece of Night of Navy card stock. I adhered this piece to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A strip from one of the cards in the Textured Chic Memories & More Card Pack is cut and adhered across the front of the card.

I die-cut a panel of Basic White card stock using a die from Deckled Rectangle Dies.  I popped this across the blue strip on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut Hello from one of the cards in the Enjoy The Adventure Memories & More Card Pack and popped it across the card front. Fussy cut flowers from Stampin’ Up! Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper is popped in the upper corner of the Basic White Deckled Rectangle cut piece and the lower corner under the Hello.  Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are popped around the card front and in the flower centers.

A card from Enjoy The Ride Memories & More Card Pack is matted on a piece of Night of Navy card stock then adhered to the card base.  A flower spray is adhered to the right corner of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A sentiment from Enjoy The Ride Memories & More Card Pack is also adhered to the panel.  My card is finished and I made it, a card with no stamping thanks to all the great products you can purchase from Stampin’ Up! to create cards.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Hues of Happiness — Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Hues of Happiness — Thinking of You

The card I sharing today is created using Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper, By The Bay Designer Series PaperBasics 3D Embossing Folder, Gold Adhesive Back Swirls, Framed Floret Dies, and Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Thistle stamp set.

My card design is inspired by the Try Stampin’ On Tuesday Challenge.

I am also entering the As You See It Challenge — their theme is Spring Clean Your Stash!

My card base is Basic White card stock.  I embossed a panel of Polished Pink ( I’m hoping Polished Pink is one of the colors that will remain in Stampin’ Up! Color Refresh instead of being retired.  I believe it is the best pink we have had since  my 16 years of Stampin’ Up!) card stock using one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders.  I adhered this to the Basic White card stock card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I die cut one of the ovals from a woodgrain panel of By The Bay Designer Series Paper using a die from Framed Floret Dies. I embossed the oval and frame using the Timbers 3D Embossing Folder. I then brushed the oval and frame with Soft Suede ink using a Blending Brush. I popped the oval and frame onto the Polished Pink embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I fussy cut roses from Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper.  I die cut leaves and sprigs using dies from Framed Floret Dies.  The roses and greenery are popped around the frame using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I added Brushed Brass Butterflies and Gold Adhesive Backed Swirls around the card front.

Using a die from Stitched Rectangle Dies I die cut a panel of Basic White card stock and matted on a panel of Polished Pink card stock that is embossed using one of the dies from Basics 3D Embossing Folder.  A wild rose is fussy cut and adhered to the bottom of the panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of By The Bay  Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
