Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Happy Birthday
The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Stamp Set and the Summer Shadows Dies along with the Scalloped Contour Dies.
Hand Stamped Sentiments’ challenge is the inspiration for my design.
Start with a Basic White card stock base. Stamp a panel of Evening Evergreen with Versamark ink using a stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Shaded Summer Stamp Set. Adhered this panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Crop a panel of Basic White card stock using a die from the Scalloped Contour Dies. This panel is adhered over the Evening Evergreen panel. Crop two circle using the Layering Circle Dies. One from Basic White card stock the other from Polished Pink card stock.
Using Stampin’ Write Markers color the flowers on a stamp from the Shaded Summer Stamp Set. Each color is applied to the stamp once or twice depending on the depth of the color when stamp. I started with the Granny Apple leaves, then the Blackberry Bliss berries and finally the flowers using Polished Pink. I’ve used this technique many times over the years. My teammate and sponsor, Mary Deatherage did a video on Facebook a few days ago showing how to do this technique. Click on her name to watch. Once the flowers are all colored crop with a die from the Summer Shadow Dies (a free item with a $100 purchase during Sale-a-bration)
Pop the flowers over the white circle using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Add a Polished Pink bow by coloring a length of Basic White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon using a Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends Marker. Three 2021-2023 Incolor Jewels are added to the card front
The sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! In Your Words Stamp Set is stamped in Polished Pink and Granny Apple Green ink on a Basic White panel. Flowers from the Shaded Summer Stamp Set are colored and popped in the corner of the panel.
A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Hand Penned DSP added to the envelope flap as this panel goes well with the card front.

The card I am sharing today is created using Hand Penned DSP and the Stampin’ Up! Through It Together Stamp Set for the greeting and sentiment. An easy card to create
Start with a card base of Mint Macaron card stock. Take another panel of the same card stock and adhere three different strips of Hand Penned DSP using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Cut a square of Basic White card stock and embossed using a die from the Stitched Whimsy Dies. To this square pop, the flowers and leaves you have stamped using a stamp from the Timeless Tropical Stamp Set and color using Pale Papya and Polished Pink and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. Add pearls from Pastel Pearls and rhinestones to the middle of two flowers from the Holiday Basic Rhinestones.
