Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Hello Card

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Hello Card

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  Today is the last day you can get this for free with a qualifying order.  If you love beautiful cards you do not want to miss getting this Designer Series Paper. You can create many beauties using it.

I am entering the Creative Creases Challenge again as it is always a Fun Fold Challenge.

My card again is a CAS of one Lisa Curcio made.  Instead of me trying to give instructions for creating you can get better instructions from Lisa’s video.  This is called a gatefold accordion fold.  My card base is Mossy Meadow card stock with mats of Basic White card stock.  I fussy cut flowers from a panel of the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper and popped them on the pink panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I also popped Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

This is the way the card looks when it is closed.

I put a panel on the back of the card for a note or sentiment.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap .

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!

Stampin’ Up! PP Sweet Sunflower Hello Card

Stampin’ Up! PP Sweet Sunflower Hello Card

The card I am sharing today is another one created using Stampin’ Up! August Paper Pumpkin Sweet Sunflowers.  I also use part of a card that comes with the kit as my Designer Series Paper.

I am entering the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.

My card base is Daffodil Delight card stock with a panel of Blackberry Bliss card stock as a mat for the Designer Series Paper, which is half of a Sweet Sunflower card base.  The panel is cut into three pieces to match the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.

I stamped a sunflower in Stazon ink and colored with Blackberry Bliss ink and a Water Painter.  I stamped the center using So Saffron ink, then fussy cut the sunflower out along with the leaves stamped in Mossy Meadow ink and colored using an Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Marker. I made a  bow using Crumb Cake twine from the Basic Twine Essential Pack.

A panel of Basic White card stock gets a sunflower stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink and colored with it with a Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends Marker.  Two twigs are stamped in Mossy Meadow ink and is stamped off once before stamping on the panel.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a sunflower stamped in Tuxedo Black ink to the envelope flap and colored using a Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends Marker

Stampin’ Up! By My Side Sweet Friend Card

Stampin’ Up! By My Side Sweet Friend Card

The card I am sharing today is a fun fold. I used the August Paper Pumpkin stamp set and the Stampin’ Up! By My Side stamp set.

I am entering the Cardz 4 Galz Challenge for today.  Their theme is Anything Goes.

My card is a case of Lisa Curico’s Angled Tri-Fold.  Click on her name and it will take you to her video showing how the card is made.  I started with a Mossy Meadow card stock card base.  I used two envelopes from the August Paper Pumpkin Sweet Sunflowers as my Designer Series Paper.

I used the sunflower stamp from the August Paper Pumpkin Sweet Sunflowers to create my sunflowers.  I first stamped them using Stazon Ink. I let it dry well before water coloring using Blackberry Bliss ink and a Water Painter. I stamped the leaves in Mossy Meadow ink and then colored using a Granny Apple Green and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Marker.  The sunflowers centers are stamped using So Saffron ink.

This is the first fold open.  This sentiment comes from the Stampin’ Up! By My Side stamp set.  It is stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink.

I stamped the twigs on the edge of the Basic White card stock panel in Mossy Meadow and Blackberry Bliss ink.  I then adhered the flap of an envelope from one of the envelopes in the August Paper Pumpkin Sweet Sunflowers. The sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up! By My Side stamp set.

A medium Basic White envelope gets twigs stamped in Mossy Meadow ink to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Thinking of You

I am using Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World Designer Series Paper again today to share with you.  This beautiful paper retires in just eight days so I want to make the most of it.  It comes with a stamp set and the two are free with a qualifying order through August 31.

I am entering the Try Stampin’ On Tuesday Challenge for today.  I am doing the sketch portion of the challenge.

I am also entering the Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge.  Their theme is always Anything Goes but sometimes with an optional twist.  This optional twist is a Pet/Dog/Cat.

I started with an Orchid Oasis card stock card base. I cut a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Orchid Oasis and Basic White card stock, embossing both using the Timetorn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

A piece of Basic White card stock is cropped using a die from the Scalloped Contour Dies and adhered to the Orchid Oasis card stock panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  The two panels are placed at angles over the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A flower is fussy cut from a panel of the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper and popped on the Basic White embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulip stamp set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock, fussy cut, and popped on the corner of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are added to the card front.

A panel of Basic White card stock gets Wonderful World Designer Series Paper added to each side of the panel and a sentiment is added to the middle of the panel.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World

The card I am sharing today is a fun fold.  I am CASing a team member’s card, one he had CASed from Dawn Griffith you can see her video for instructions.

I am entering the Creative Creases Challenge as this is a fun fold.

This is the two pieces that create the fun fold.  One piece is cut 4-1/4″ x 11″. Score at 2-3/4″ on both ends and at 5-1/2″ in the middle the same as a regular tent fold card.  Cut the other piece 4-1/4″ x 9″. Score at 4-1/2″ and at 2-3/4″ on each end. Cut both pieces on the 2-3/4″ score line at the top on one end and the bottom on the other end.   I cut one end from the top down to 2-1/8″ then turn the card so I would be cutting at the top again.  The cuts are diagonally from each other.

This is the front of the card.  The mats are Blackberry Bliss card stock and the focal panels are from Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  The rose is stamped from the Wonderful World Stamp Set, which will soon retire.  I used Melon Mambo ink and a Pear Pizzazz Stampin Write Marker to color the rose before stamping on the circle.

This is the back side with the sentiment.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
