Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful World

The card I am sharing today is a fun fold.  I am CASing a team member’s card, one he had CASed from Dawn Griffith you can see her video for instructions.

I am entering the Creative Creases Challenge as this is a fun fold.

This is the two pieces that create the fun fold.  One piece is cut 4-1/4″ x 11″. Score at 2-3/4″ on both ends and at 5-1/2″ in the middle the same as a regular tent fold card.  Cut the other piece 4-1/4″ x 9″. Score at 4-1/2″ and at 2-3/4″ on each end. Cut both pieces on the 2-3/4″ score line at the top on one end and the bottom on the other end.   I cut one end from the top down to 2-1/8″ then turn the card so I would be cutting at the top again.  The cuts are diagonally from each other.

This is the front of the card.  The mats are Blackberry Bliss card stock and the focal panels are from Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.  The rose is stamped from the Wonderful World Stamp Set, which will soon retire.  I used Melon Mambo ink and a Pear Pizzazz Stampin Write Marker to color the rose before stamping on the circle.

This is the back side with the sentiment.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day.
