Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips
I hope your Saturday is going great and you have a great weekend planned. Since gardening time is approaching, are your plans to work getting your garden ready for planting, going to buy plants or just planning the layout and what you want to plant this year?
The inspiration for my card is from the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.
Start with a Stampin’ Up! Daffodil Delight card stock base and a background panel of the same that has been embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder. Even though this color is cheery and bright this is a color I rarely use, yellow is just not my color.
A panel of Stampin’ Up! Pleased As Punch Designer Series Paper is added across the bottom of the embossed panel. Three tulips are stamped on Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock in different colors, Stampin’ Up! Highland Heather, Flirty Flamingo, and Rococo Rose inks using one of the smaller tulip stamps from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Stamp Set. The leaves are stamped in Olive Olive ink.
A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Greetings is stamped in Highland Heather ink on the Pleased As Punch DSP. A double bow is made using Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Baker’s Twine and then popped on the tulips. Several Stampin’ Up! Pearl Basic Jewels are scattered around the card front, now it is on to the inside.
The sentiments from Stampin’ Up! Flourishing Phrases and Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Sets is stamped on the Whisper White panel using Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. Two tulips are stamped on the lower right in Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather inks. A time bow is added to the tulips.
A Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope gets a panel of the Stampin’ Up! Pleased As Punch Designer Series Paper added to the panel. All the card cuts for this card can be found at the end of the post.

The card today is created using the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper, a product of the 2nd release of Sale-A-Bration, Stampin’ Up! Well Said Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Forever Lovely Stamp Set. This card is similar to one I have made recently, someone wanted to know what it would look like if it had a black card base and the colors I have used. Now we know!
