Happy Sunday everyone, I hope you have a fantastic day.  We still have a bit of snow hanging around making the landscape look ugly as it melts.  Hopefully, this will be all we get for the year.  

I am featuring the Stampin’ Up! Forever Blossoms Stamp Set in today’s cards.  I am also using the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Sending You Thoughts Stamp Set.

The design inspiration comes from this week’s challenge with Case This Sketch. 

The card base is Stampin’ Up! Pool Party card stock with a background panel from the Stampin’ Up! Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper that has been matted on a panel of Stampin’ Up! Soft Suede card stock.  The Happy Birthday is from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set.

A  short panel of Stampin’ Up! Pool Party card stock is embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder.

A panel of Stampin’ Up! Petal Pink card stock is cropped using the Stampin’ Up! Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the blossoms from the Forever Blossoms Stamp Set is stamped in Soft Suede ink on the Petal Pink panel.  The blossoms are then colored using  Light and Dark Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Marker.  A small Whisper White Baker’s Twine bow is popped on the blossoms stem.

The sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up! Sending You Thoughts Stamp Set, stamped in Stampin’ Up! Soft Suede ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock the same as the blossoms are.  The blossoms are then colored using Stampin’ Up! Light and Dark Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends  Marker and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin Blends Marker.

In finishing my project for today, I gave a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope flap a panel of the Parisian Blossoms DSP to match the card front.
