Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty — Just Want To Say…

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty — Just Want To Say…

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! Country Birdhouse Stamp Set.

I am entering my card in these two challenges.

Ellie’s Corner Challenge

Pattie’s Creations Design Challenge

My card base is Copper Clay cardstock.  A panel of Basic White cardstock is embossed using Dashing Design 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to the card front at an angle.  A panel of Mossy Meadow Designer Series Paper from Neutrals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper is adhered over the Basic White panel.  It is also placed at an angle.

A circle is die cut from Basic White cardstock using a die from Spotlight On Nature Dies.  An image from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty Stamp Set is stamped in Versa Mark ink, embossed using Gold Embossing Powder and a heat tool.  The image is colored using Cherry Cobbler, Granny Apple Green, and Mossy Meadow ink using Blending Brushes.  Watercolor pencils are used to add a few highlight to the image.  The image is die cut using a die from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty Dies.  The image is adhered over the circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  The greenery around the circle is from left-overs from other cards.  The circle is then pop over the Mossy Meadow 6″ x 6″ piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A loopy bow is made using Linen Thread, popped on the card front with a Glue Dot , then a greeting is popped over the bow using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Country Birdhouse Stamp Set is stamped on a panel of Basic White cardstock.  A flower from the large image is stamped in the corner of the panel Copper Clay ink stamped off.  The panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A Basic White envelope gets a piece of Neutral 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper  adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty — Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty — Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty stamp set and Dies is used today to create the card I am sharing with you.  I also used Stampin’ Up! Beach Days stamp set and Stampin’ Up! Lazy Days stamp set.  I also used the large die from Stampin’ Up! Two Tone Flora Dies to create the background piece for this card.

  1. Start with a Bubble Bath card stock card base.
  2. Cut another panel of Bubble Bath cardstock
  3. Die cut a piece of Basic White cardstock using a die from Stampin’ Up! Two Tone Flora Dies.
  4. Stamp the flower image from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty stamp set in Memento Black ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock.
  5. Color the flower image using Bubble Bath and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends.
  6. Die cut leaves from a piece of Garden Green cardstock using dies from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty Dies.
  7. Adhere the Two Tone Flora piece to the Bubble Bath piece using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  8. Pop the flower image over the floral image using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  9. Tuck the Garden Green leaves around the floral image.
  10. Add sequins from Adhesive Backed Shiny Sequins around the card front.
  11. Stamp a greeting from Stampin’ Up! By My Side stamp set on a scrap of Basic White cardstock.
  12. Mat the greeting on a scrap of Bubble Bath cardstock.
  13. Pop the greeting over a double loop bow using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  14. Adhere the card front to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, making sure to only put glue on half of the panel. See photo.
  15. On a panel of Basic White cardstock stamp a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Beach Day stamp set and Stampin Up! Lazy Days stamp set.
  16. Stamp a flower from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty stamp set in the lower right corner of the sentiment panel.
  17. Color using the same colors as on the card front.
  18. Stamp another flower and color the same as the card front.
  19. Pop this second flower over the one in the right corner.  This creates the stop for the easel card.
  20. Adhere the sentiment panel to the inside of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  21. Emboss a panel of Basic White cardstock using an embossing folder of choice.
  22. Adhere the embossed panel to a Basic White envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
  23. Cut two pieces of Basic White cardstock for the back of the card.  This gives extra space for writing.
  24. Die cut two leaves and two flowers and adhere to the corners of each panel.

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty

Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty

Happy  rainy Thursday everyone.  Good day to stay in curl up and read a good book.  I re-reading Ted Dekker’s Trilogy Books, don’t know why he calls them that when there are four; Black, Red, White, Green.  If you love mystery and time travel, you will love these.  He has written many books an in many of them he will refer back to the character in this book about something.  What good books are you reading?

My card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty stamp set, Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage stamp set, and Stampin’ Up! Notes of Nature stamp set.

These are my challenges for this card:

Allsorts Challenge

Beautiful Blossoms

i started with a Basic Black card stock card base, adding a Very Vanilla cardstock layer, then a Basic Black cardstock layer, and lastly, another layer of Very Vanilla cardstock die cut using the largest die from Perennial Postage Dies.

I stamped the flowers from Stampin’ Up! Enduring Beauty stamp set in Memento Black ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock.  Using the masks that come with the stamp set if you order the bundle, I colored the flowers using Bubble Bath and Berry Burst ink pads and Blending Brushes. To color the flowers I used Shaded Spruce ink and a Blending Brush.  After coloring, I used the matching die from Perennial Postage Dies to die cut the flowers.  I, also, die cut a few extra leaves from Shaded Spruce cardstock.

A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Notes of Nature stamp set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink on a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock and matted on a piece of Basic Black cardstock.  The flowers are arranged on the Very Vanilla panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Several sequins from Adhesive Backed Sequins are popped around the card front along with gems from Tinsel Gems Four Pack.  The greeting is popped over the flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals with a Linen bow made using Linen Thread is behind the  greeting.  The additional die cut leaves are placed around the flowers adhering with glue.

The inside sentiment panel  has the same flowers as the card front and envelope flap, stamped in Bubble Bath ink.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Perennial Postage stamp set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink over the middle of the flowers.  The panel is then adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A Basic White medium envelope gets the same flowers as the card front but they are not colored only stamped in Bubble Bath ink on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!
