Stampin’ Up! Traditions of St Nick — Merry Christmas
Today’s card that I am sharing is an easy one. The only stamping is the greeting and the sentiment. The Designer Series Paper does all the work for creating this simple card. Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper is the paper used. I also used the Timeworn Type 3 D Embossing Folder to emboss the piece St. Nick is popped on.
I am entering Pammie’s Inkie Pinkies Challenge for this card.
St. Nick is fussy cut. There was no die for him included in the Saint Nicholas Dies. He is popped on the focal piece of Traditions of St Nick Designer Series Paper. A bow is made using Linen Thread and the greeting is popped over it using Stampin’ Dimensionals. 2023-2025 In Color Dots are popped around the card front.
I made two of these cards, one with trim at the bottom, the other not.
A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Perched In A Tree stamp set is stamped on a piece of Basic White card stock using Mossy Meadow ink. Two trees from Stampin’ Up! Forever Forest stamp set are stamped in the lower corner using the same ink. Speckles are also stamped around the trees, stamping off once so the ink would not be so dark.
A Basic White envelope gets a piece of the Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper a different pattern for the envelope flap. Cut the piece for the envelope 2-1/4″ x 6″, adhere using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day.
