Stampin’ Up! Rings of Love Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Rings of Love Thinking of You

The card I am sharing today is another that the Designer Series Paper does all the work.  I used the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper.

My challenge for the day is with the Fusion Card Challenge — their theme is Wine and Cheese plus a sketch challenge, you can choose one or both.  I am doing the sketch one but I suppose you could include the Wine and Cheese as I used one of the round woodcuts from the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper.

My card base is Soft Suede card stock. I cut a panel of Sweet Sorbet card stock as the mat for the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper panel.  The panels are adhered together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A panel with a different design is cut and matted on a piece of the Sweet Sorbet card stock. This narrow panel is adhered to the right side of the card front.

Sprigs and twigs are fussy cut from another panel of the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper and arranged around the log cut that is also from a different panel of the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow stamp set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink on a piece of Basic White card stock and cropped using a die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.  It is popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Three Rhinestone Basic Jewels are colored using a Sweet Sorbet Dark Stampin’ Blends Marker, one is popped on the greeting label and the other two are popped around the card front.  Two butterflies from the Designer Series Paper are fussy cut and popped on the card front.

The inside panel is blank so I did not make a picture of it. I know I usually decorate the page, but this time I left it blank.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Rings of Love Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!

Card cuts are at the end of this post.
