Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants A Little Note

Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants A Little Note

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants Stamp Set, Perfect Plant Dies, and Ever Eden DSP.

I am joining the NBUS Challenge – Never-Been Used-Schtuff.  I have had this stamp set for a long time, you know sometimes keep putting off making a card with some stamp sets, well I am finally getting to making one.

I may have made a card with this design before can’t remember, but I saw a cute one in my feed that had the little hippos on it and I should have saved it, but you know how that goes, I can find it again, unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it, so since I have not used Plentiful Plants before I thought I would use it as I still wanted to use this card design. I found a diagram on the Internet for making the base.   I still want the hippo card it was so cute.

Fold the middle section that has the greeting into a mountain fold, the other two are valleys.  When it is folded it looks like the photo above or below this one.

You can see the size for the mats and background DSP at the end of this post in Card Cuts. Using images from Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants stamp set, I stamped greenery on a piece of Basic White card stock using Garden Green ink.  I stamped the flower pot in Cajun Craze ink and the foliage in Gorgeous Grape ink.  All were cropped using dies from the Perfect Dies.

The greeting from Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants stamp set is a part of a larger greeting. I only wanted the A Little Note portion so I stamped the greeting then cut off the portion I wanted and popped on the art piece on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  The art piece is popped on the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals down the middle of the card. Gorgeous Grape dots from Glossy Dot Assortment are popped around the art piece. A Crumb Cake twine bow is created using twine from Bakers Twine Essential Pack. It is popped on the flower pot using a Glue Dot.

On the back side of the card, I added a panel of Basic White card stock with greenery from Plentiful Plants stamped in Garden Green ink, The sentiment from the same stamp set is stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a plant from Stampin’ Up! Plentiful Plants stamp set stamped to the envelope flap in Garden Green ink.
