Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow

Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow

Happy, happy cold day in Georgia!  I would not want to be a deer hunter sitting in a tree this cold, cold morning!  Have a great weekend.

My cute card today is created using the Stampin’ Up! Let it Snow  Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder, Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set, and the Christmas Rose Stamp Set.

Inspiration is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week.

And…  Craftyhazelnut’s Patterned Paper Challenge –  theme –  anything as long as it includes patterned paper.

The card base is Stampin’ Up! Real Red card stock with a panel of Real Red card stock embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder. I find it easier to emboss a separate panel the same size as the card instead of trying to emboss the card front.

The art piece is cut from the Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow DSP as is the red stripe mat and the strip at the bottom.  I  added a few things to the art piece, like arms, hair bows for the girl and red buttons.  The greeting is from Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set.

The sentiment is from Stampin’ Up! Christmas Rose Stamp Set and the little snowman on the iceberg is from the Let It Snow DSP.

The Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope gets a panel of the Let it Snow DSP added to the envelope flap for the final finishing touches.

Thank you for stopping by today.   I hope you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day.  My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself.

  1. I love these happy snowmen, and I love how you’ve finished the inside of the card! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!

  2. The hair bows are a nice added touch to her pony tails! I saw where it was really cold in Murphy. I’m glad we aren’t there right now! It was 64 here this morning but the humidity was 80%. Now it’s hit 82 already but the humidity is only 45%.. Have a blessed day. Thank you for your lovely card. I put it on my blog today.
