Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips Thinking of You Card

Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips Thinking of You Card

The card I am sharing today is created using the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Stamp Set for the greeting.  Flowering Fields DSP is used to create the diagonal pieces.

The As You See It Challenge with a theme of Dandy Diagonals is an inspiration for my card today.

The card base is Fresh Freesia with mats of Rich Razzleberry for the Flowering Fields DSP.  Both sections of the triangle are from the same sheet of Flowering Fields DSP.

I cropped a circle using the Stitched Layering Shapes then stamped the flower images from the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips Stamp Set in Highland Heather ink.  The leaves are stamped in Evening Evergreen ink and then stamped again in Versa Mark ink and heat embossed using Clear Embossing Powder and a heat tool.  I then colored the leaves using Pear Pizzazz ink.  The Basic White card stock circle is matted on a circle of Rich Razzleberry card stock.  Several Brushed Brass Butterflies are popped around the card front.

A greeting from the Stampin’ Up! Calming Camellia Stamp Set is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock and popped on the card front using Mini Stamping Dimensionals.

The inside panel has a panel of the Flowering Fields DSP added to have of the panel, still leaving plenty of room for a written note.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Flowering Fields DSP applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

If you would like to create this card all the products used are at the end of this post.
