Stampin’ Up! Bottled Happiness Sending A Little Message

Stampin’ Up! Bottled Happiness Sending A Little Message

Hopefully, you have not received this post too many times as I had a problem with my site, but thanks to Geek Squad it is repaired.  This was supposed to be my Friday Fun Fold, but since my computer decided to be ill, it is a Saturday Fun Fold.

The card I am sharing today is a Fun Fold.  It could be said it is a box turned into a card.  Karen Ksenzakovic, a teammate did a Facebook Live on Wednesday showing how to create this card. She was posting it to her blog on Friday, well the sometimes impatient person that I can be could not wait until she posted so I went hunting on YouTube for one.  I found Karen Titus. Between the two of their creations and instructions here is my card.  I will not try to give instructions as Karen K said it is easier to see the video, so if you are interested click on their name and it will take you to their blogs.

This is my card when it is closed.  I used the new Splendid Day DSP as the base for creating my card.  I like this DSP with its little Lady Bugs. I used a panel of Sun Prints DSP to create the mat for each panel.  Since the DSP is thinner than card stock, I thought this would give a bit more stability.  The belly band is also a strip cut from another panel of the Sun Prints DSP.  The wreath is cropped from a panel of Basic White card stock using a die from the Natural Prints Dies.

The bottles are stamped on Vellum using Early Espresso, Starry Night, and Parakeet Party inks.  I then fussy cut and popped in the center of the wreath on the belly band.  I stamped the greeting in Starry Night ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock and fussy cut it also, then popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This is how the card looks when it is opened.

This shows the back of the card.  See how beautiful this DSP is.

A Basic White medium envelope gets a panel of the Splendid Day DSP adhered to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!
