Rewards Program 2019

Rewards Program 2019

Hello for today!  Hope your day is starting out wonderful and continues the entire day.  It has to be a good day today, the sun is going to shine and it will be like spring.  You can get out for a nice walk.  But enough of this chatter— on with business—right.  Remember a few days ago when I posted that I was going to start something new, WELL! here it is.  I am starting a customer rewards program.  You can read all the details below and contact me if you have questions.  Have a great day!

Customer Rewards

Ordering Thank You

I’ve added a Host Code to the bottom of my daily posts.  If you apply that Host Code to your online orders under $150, you’ll get a free gift from me.  And if your order is over $150, please don’t apply the hostess code (you’ll miss out on your own Stampin’ Rewards/Host $$ if you use it), you’ll get the free gift too!

The free gift is your choice of any item valued up to $10.00 in the 2019 Occasions Catalog or the 2018-19 Annual Catalog!  Once you place your order, simply email me the item that you’d like and I’ll order it when I close out the host order and ship the gifts out to you as soon as I get them.  As an added bonus, you’ll still earn Butterfly points (see more information below) for your orders in addition to the free gifts.

Here are two great ways to earn free stamps and merchandise when you place a Stampin’ Up! order with me.

Stampin’ With ShirleyG  Butterfly Rewards

Qualify to earn FREE Stampin’ Up! product from ANY current Stampin’ Up! catalog or promotion!  The Stampin With ShirleyG Rewards Program is my way of personally saying “thank you” to my frequent shoppers.

How Butterfly Rewards Work:

  • For each $25 that you order from my online store (before S & H) you will earn one Butterfly.  You also earn my monthly Online Class Tutorial with projects that are exclusive to my classes!
  • You will earn one Butterfly for each friend that you refer when they place their first order of $25+ from my online store.
  • When you have earned 16 Butterflies you will get a FREE product order valued up to $40.00, your choice and mailed directly to you!

NO MONTHLY COMMITMENT – Just place a $25.00 or greater online order through me (must be a single order of $25 or higher before shipping and tax) online.  For every full increment of $25.00 (before shipping and tax), you earn one Butterfly.  Individual orders may NOT be combined to attain a Butterfly.  Example: a product order of $49 would not qualify for a Butterfly.  However, an order of $101 would qualify for TWO Butterflies.  Please note, when shopping online make sure that you are shopping in my online store otherwise your orders won’t count toward your Butterfly Reward totals.

I’ve created a sheet to help you keep track of your Butterfly Rewards.  You can open and print the PDF by clicking on the link here:

 Rewards Order Tracker

Place a $150 order and get six butterflies plus you qualify for Stampin’ Rewards from Stampin’ Up!  Earn Stampin’ Rewards and apply them as you wish.  Use Stampin’ Rewards to purchase discounted host exclusive stamp sets or any current catalog merchandise.

Beginning with product totals of $450 or more, get 50% one off full-priced item in addition to Stampin’ Rewards.  Plus, you will continue to earn Butterflies for each $25 increment!

Graceful Garden with Wonderful Romance

Graceful Garden with Wonderful Romance

My card today is a combination of Graceful Garden stamp set, Seasoned With Kindness stamp set, Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies (coordinates with the Wonderful Romance stamp set) and the Delicate Lace Edgelits.  I tried a little watercolor on this card to give it a bit of texture.  The Graceful Garden rose is really pretty in real time, but it looks a little faded here.  I believe it is because it was heat embossed after being stamped with Melon Mambo ink.  Does that look like Melon Mambo to you.  The watercolor pencil doesn’t look like Melon Mambo either.

My sketch layout come from Freshly Made Sketches this week.

The rose from the Graceful Garden serves as my circle for the layout.  The base is Bermuda Bay card stock.  This is a true simple card, two layers really.  The card base and the art piece.  The art piece background is colored in Coastal Cabana, Balmy Blue and Lemon Lime Twist. After I lightly colored an area with the Balmy Blue and Lemon Lime Twist, I used an Aqua Painter with water  to turn the coloring into a watercolor panel.  The Balmy Blue was too blue for my card base so I added some Coastal Cabana to it and it turned out great with the color.  A piece of edgelit was cut  from Whisper White card stock using the Delicate Lace Edgelits Dies.  It was adhered to the edge of the watercolor panel using Liquid Glue.

Two strips were cut from Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist to make the banners  under the rose.  A die from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies ( this die set coordinates with the Wonderful Romance stamp set) to cut leaves from Bermuda Bay and Lemon Lime Twist card stock.

The Graceful Garden rose is stamped on a panel of watercolor paper in Melon Mambo ink and then stamped with Versa Mark and heat embossed using Clear Embossing Powder.  The rose is then colored using a Melon Mambo watercolor pencil.  The rose was fussy cut after being colored.  The leaves were attached to the back of the rose using two Glue Dots.  It was easier doing it that way, you could tell exactly how the leaves needed to be placed around the rose.  After attaching the leaves to the  Graceful Garden rose it was popped on the water colored panel using Mini Stamp  in Dimensionals.

The inside sentiment is stamped on a panel of Whisper White that is matted on a Lemon Lime Twist panel of card stock.  A rose from the Graceful Garden stamp set was stamped on a panel of white watercolor card stock and then colored with the same colors as the rose on the front of the card.  It is adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue in the lower right corner of the sentiment panel.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you liked my card.  All comments are appreciated.  My wish as always is for you to find encouragement and inspiration for your own creations.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas

Look what I found under my Christmas tree!

Christmas was yesterday at our house, someone got tired and decided to take a nap.

Merry Christmas to all and a Blessed New Year!

You’re Engaged!

You’re Engaged!

This card is for one of my grandson’s fiancee.  I have three grandson, all from the same family, being married within six months of each other. I’ve probably said that before. Bet their dad is happy there is three guys being married instead of three girls.  It would hit the pocketbook a bit heavy.  I do have three cards made but only showing one.

The theme for this card is from the Global Design Project- Fall in Love.  S0 this is my take on Fall in Love

The pink color does not show up well.  It is a pretty card seeing the real thing.

The card base is Smokey Slate 4-1/4” x 11”  scored at 5-1/2.

The Basic Black mat 4” x 5-1/4” is adhered with Liquid Glue.

The art panel is Petal Promenade 3-3/4” x 5” embossed with Versa Mark and White Embossing Powder. The stamp set is Little Twinkle and Going Global (retired) They go well together.

The art panel is Petal Promenade 3-3/4” x 5” embossed with Versa Mark and White Embossing Powder using the stamp set Little Twinkle and Going Global (retired) They go well together. This is popped on the Basic Black mat 4″ x 5-1/4″ with Stampin’ Dimensionals after a length of 3/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon is wrapped around the panel. A bow is made from the 3/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and attached with a Glue Dot.

These hearts were in a stash box so it must have been some time ago that they were cut.  Sure would love to find the framelits die set.   The diamond and the hearts are covered with Dazzling Diamond Glitter.  The diamond and hearts had Liquid Glue brushed all over them and then Dazzling Diamond Glitter was sprinkled over the glue.  Three additional hearts and diamonds were cut and glued to the original Dazzling Diamond elements to give them height without having to use dimensionals.  The other two cards have hearts that are cut from the Eclectic Layers Thinlits.

I was looking for something else and come across these two hearts. I had been wanting to make cards for my grandsons’ fiancees, but no design would come to mind.  They are what brought to mind the card I had seen that Su Mohr had created.  I thought I was recalling how she made it,  but guess my recall is not what it used to be.  You can see her beautiful card here.  The envelope flap is covered with a piece of  DSP from the Petal Promenade DSP.

The inside sentiment is one I printed from a quote I found some place.   The heart from the Little Twinkle stamp set is stamped over the sentiment.

Here are two of the cards.  Same piece of DSP but different sections.

Thanks for stopping by.  My wish is that you found encouragement and inspiration for your creations.  Return often.
