A friend and team member, Rosie Kean,  posted this card on our group Facebook page and when I saw it, I knew it was perfect for a friend of mine who is a writer. So here is my version of Rosie’s card.  Her card is below.

Rosie’s card!

The card I am sharing with you today is created using All About Autumn Designer Series Paper.  The card base is Early Espresso card stock cut 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 3″ and 7-1/4″.The mats are Copper Clay card stock.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Fruitful Blessing stamp set is stamped in Copper Clay ink on a scrap of Very Vanilla card stock then die cut using a die from Stylish Shape Dies.

I think my card looks like a bookcase full of books, that’s the All About Autumn Designer Series Paper.

Open the card up and it looks like a larger bookcase. There is a panel of Very Vanilla card stock to write a message on.

A Very Vanilla envelope get a piece of All About Autumn Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Paper Florist — Hey Friend

I love these dies.  I believe I have said that before in other post.  Looking at the dies, you would never imagine they could be the tool used to create these lovely flowers.  I have made Spring and Summer flowers using these dies, now it is time for Fall.  I wonder what I can come up with for Winter.  The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Paper Florist Dies.  You can see the beautiful Fall colored flowers in the card above.  The greeting is from Stampin’ Up! Fruitful Blessing stamp set.

 

I am entering the Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge.

The card base is Crumb Cake card stock with a layer of Early Espresso card stock and Pretty Peacock card stock embossed using the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.  A length of Copper & Natural Ribbon Combo Pack is adhered across the Pretty Peacock embossed piece.  Flowers die cut from Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Mango Melody, and Pumpkin Pie card stock are sponged with Crumb Cake ink and arranged on the card front.  Neutral Adhesive Backed Sequins are popped around the card front.  A bow from Linen Twine is made and popped over the flowers on the card front.

A panel of Very Vanilla card stock is brushed with Crumb Cake ink using a Blending Brush.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Fruitful Blessings stamp set and Stampin’ Up! Charming Sentiments stamp set is stamped on the panel using Crumb Cake ink.  Flowers matching the ones on the card front are adhered in the corner.  The Very Vanilla card stock panel is matted on a piece of Early Espresso card stock and then adhered to the card base.

A Very Vanilla  envelope gets a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock embossed using Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder then adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin; Up! Around The Bend — Hello There

Stampin; Up! Around The Bend — Hello There

I’m stuck on these pretty flowers from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set and the daisy from Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set, also the pretty purple flower from Stampin’ Up! Paper Florist Dies.

 

I am entering the Creative Creases Challenge for this card.  I consider it more of a Fancy Fold instead of Fun Fold so I’m hoping it still qualifies.

I started with a card base of Basic White card stock. I die cut one end of the piece using a die from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Dies.  I also die cut another one from Lost Lagoon card stock and one from Glimmer Paper to use the leaves.  I added a panel of Crumb Cake card stock as the background.  I adhered the Lost Lagoon piece I had die cut using a die from Around The Bend Dies under the Basic White card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink.  I saw a card on Pinterest that Elizabeth Price had made and I half CASed it as a lot of the card is things I added.

I die cut flowers and leaves  from Stampin’ Up!  Around the Bend Dies, Dainty Delight Dies, and Paper Florist Dies using Basic White card stock that I colored using Berry Burst, Bubble Gum, Gorgeous Grape, and Granny Apple Green inks and Blending Brushes.  I flicked black ink over the pieces I colored and sprayed with water to make droplets show.  The flowers and leaves are arranged around the card front and some on the Crumb Cake background panel. Sequins are popped in the center of some of the flowers. I wrapped a length of Bubble Bath ribbon from Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack around the card and tied in a Faux bow instead of making a belly band.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set is stamped on the Crumb Cake card stock panel.

A Basic White envelope gets greenery from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set stamped in Lost Lagoon ink.

Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend With Nature’s Prints

Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend With Nature’s Prints

The card I am sharing today is an easy and simple card created using a combination of Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Dies and Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set.  Also, used is the Painted Textures 3D Embossing Folder for the background panel and Timbers 3D Embossing Folder for the art piece. My card design is inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge sketch.

I started with a Basic White card stock card base.  I embossed a panel of the same for the background panel using the Painted Textures 3D Embossing Folder.  The panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I also used the Timbers 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the art panel.  The Timbers embossed panel is matted on a piece of Night of Navy card stock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I die cut flowers and leaves from Basic White card stock using dies from Around The Bend Dies.  I colored the flowers and leaves using Bubble Bath, Granny Apple Green, Moody Mauve, and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I looped several loops of Crumb Cake twine from Baker’s Twine Essential Pack so it would be under the greeting when the greeting label is adhered.  I die cut two labels using a die from Cheerful Daisies Dies, one is die cut from Basic White card stock, the other from Night of Navy card stock.  They are adhered together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Adhesive Backed Sequins from Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio are popped around the card front.

Flowers from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set are stamped in Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  They are colored using Bubble Bath, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. The panel is matted on a piece of Night of Navy card stock and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Glue.

Three flowers are stamped on the envelope flap using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set.  The flowers are colored in Bubble Bath, Granny Apple Green, Moody Mauve, and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.

A single flower is stamped in Memento Black ink using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set.  The flower is colored using Daffodil Delight. Granny Apple Green, and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend — Hello There!

Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend — Hello There!

I used Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set and Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend Dies to create the card I am sharing with you today. Along with the Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set, I also used Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper.

I am inspired by the daisy and other flowers on the Spring Mood Board in The Four Seasons  Challenge for Spring to create my card today.

I cut a piece of Basic White card stock 5-1/2″ x 11″ scoring at 3″ and 7-1/4″.  On the 3″ side I die cut using the leaf die from Around The Bend Dies.   I also die cut a 3″ piece of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper using the same die used on the Basic White card stock.  I adhered the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper die cut piece over the Basic White card stock die cut off setting just a bit.

I adhered a piece of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper to the right outside panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a daisy, leaves and two small flowers to the inside of the front flap.

  I stamped a greeting from Stampin’ Up! Around The Bend stamp set in Copper Clay ink on a piece of Basic White card stock.  I die cut the greeting using a circle die from All That Dies.  I popped this circle on the front panel using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I die cut flowers from Basic White and Garden Green card stock along with scraps of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper using Around The Bend Dies and Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight Dies.  I  arranged these around the greeting circle using Glue Dot, Stampin’ Dimensionals, and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I used a stamp from Around The Bend stamp set to stamp leaves in the corners of a Basic White card stock panel. It is then adhered to the middle panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A piece of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper is adhered to the right side panel.

A Basic White Medium Envelope  get a panel of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
