Stampin’ Up! Path of Petals
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope your Sunday is sunny and warm and you are not in one of the areas that received so much snow and wind.
The card I am sharing today features the Stampin’ Up! Path of Petals for the inside sentiment, Stampin’ Up! Meant To Be Stamp Set and Stitched Be Mine Dies.
My inspiration for today comes from the CAS(E) This Sketches and …
Just Us Girls — Create Dimension
Start with a Stampin’ Up! Crumb Cake card stock card base, add a layer of the same color card stock that is embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Subtle 3-D Embossing Folder.
A narrow strip of Stampin’ Up! Pool Party card stock is embossed using the same embossing folder as above then matted using Stampin’ Up! Soft Suede card stock. This strip is adhered to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The art panel is popped on using Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Dimensionals and the hearts that have been cropped from the Stampin’ Up! Stitched Be Mine Dies are popped on with Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Dimensionals, and Glue Dots. I put the greeting in a different place than it shows in the challenge icon, I do hope that is workable as is.

The sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Path of Petals Stamp Set is stamped in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock. A heart from the Stampin’ Up! Meant To Be Stamp Set is stamped in Stampin’ Up! Pool Party ink in the lower corner of the panel. The panel is then matted on a panel of Pool Party card stock and adhered using Liquid Glue.
In finishing, a panel from the Stampin’ Up! 6″ x 6″ Subtles Designer Series Paper is adhered to the envelope flap using Liquid Glue.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!

I have used Stampin’ Up! Blueberry Bushel card stock as the card base. I wanted to emboss the front of the card with the Stampin’ Up! Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder so I cut a panel of the Stampin’ Up! Blueberry Bushel card stock the size of the card front and embossed it. This makes it so much easier and neater to emboss in this fashion. This panel is not adhered to the card front until the entire card front is finished, again doing this way makes it easier for me.
I winged it and cut the panel of Stampin’ Up! Pressed Petals DSP this design by cutting a portion of the panel out using the Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer and scissors. This is no particular design for any reason other than I liked it cut that way to reveal the embossed panel underneath. The scalloped trim is created from a one-inch strip from another panel of the Pressed Petals DSP and an old pair of scalloped edge craft scissors that are probably from the 80’s or maybe 1990. They are clunky and have big blue and yellow plastic handles — must have been for a child.
I stamped 4 daisies using the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Daffodil Delight ink. I stacked these together to create my daisy. I stamped the leaf 3 times on a scrap of Stampin’ Up! Mossy Meadow card stock using Stampin’ Up! Mossy Meadow ink, I then fussy cut and stack these together also adhering them using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. A small bow was created using Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Baker’s Twine.
The greeting is from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Lace. I stamped it in Stampin’ Up! Blueberry Bushel ink and then cut the greeting apart to use the portion I wanted. The greeting is popped on the card front using Stampin’ Up! Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals that was cut in two pieces to fit the tiny words. I left the inside panel blank so a note can be written. The jewels are from the Stampin’ Up! Nobel Peacock Rhinestones.
In finishing, I gave a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope flap a panel of the Stampin’ Up! Pressed Petals Designer Series Paper.
It’s called the Christmas Time is Here Suite and it’s pretty amazing! just look at that DSP, isn’t it gorgeous and here’s hoping the die fits the rose on the DSP! The dies do fit the roses on one of the panels of the DSP. The dies fit perfectly. This suite was used by several demonstrators October 5 during World Card Making Day and the cards were gorgeous. You should see if you can find them on Pinterest, they are so beautiful.
