Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin Sending Good Thoughts

Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin Sending Good Thoughts

The card I am sharing today is created using elements from the July 2022 Paper Pumpkin, along with Textured Chic DSP.  The Fresh Freesia card base is one from the July Paper Pumpkin.   I used one of the panel that is embossed with waves.  I wish I could take credit for the design of the bottle but I saw Vy Tran’s alternative card on Pinterest.

On the ocean wave panel, position your bottle so you will know where to cut for the bottle to be inserted.  I marked lightly using a pencil.  I also cut a little beyond each mark to make sure the bottle would fit well.  Using Rich Razzleberry ink and a Blending Brush, I used the negative portions of the coral as a mask and brushed the Rich Razzleberry ink on the ocean wave panel.

Next using a stamp from the stamp set that comes with the Paper Pumpkin I stamped the seaweed in Coastal Cabana ink.

I stamped a greeting from the stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink on the bottle, Be sure to stamp low enough so the greeting will not show until pulled out of the bottle.  Wrap Crumb Cake twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack around the neck of the bottle and tie a knot.  I also stamped the starfish in Coastal Cabana ink.  Insert the bottle in the slot you cut, turn the panel to the backside and adhered a 1/4″ x 3″ strip of card stock at the bottom of the bottle.  Be sure to adhere only the bottle portion as you want the bottle to be able to slide up and down.

Next, apply Stampin’ Dimensionals or Foam Tape around the edges of the panel to create the space between the card base and the ocean wave panel for the bottle to slide.

Now you are ready to adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Dimensionals the other elements of the card front.  Lastly, pop several sequins on the card front and it is finished.

On a panel of Fresh Freesia card stock stamp the coral, seaweed, starfish, and sand dollars in the same colors as on the card front.

A medium Basic White envelope gets coral and a seahorse stamped and brushed on the envelope flap and the card front using Rich Razzleberry and Poppy Parade ink and Blending Brushes.

Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Hello

Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles Hello

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles stamp set and Sending Dies along with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder and Perfectly Penciled DSP.

My card design for today is from the Fusion Card Challenge.  I chose the sketch portion of the challenge.

I colored the panel with flowers using Balmy Blue, Fresh Freesia, and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends Markers.  After coloring, I adhered the two panels to Basic Black card stock as a mat.  The two panels were then adhered to the card front of the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A greeting is cropped using stamps and dies from Stampin’ Up! Sending Smiles stamp set and Sending Dies. Basic Black card stock is used as the mat.  Three Pearl Basic Jewels are colored using a Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends Marker and then popped around the card.

A panel of Basic White card stock set flowers that match the card front adhered to the bottom of the card, then the panel is adhered to the card base.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Brilliant Butterfly

Stampin’ Up! Brilliant Butterfly

The card I am sharing today is a combination of Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints, Quiet Meadow, Ranunculus Romance stamp sets along with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, Painted Posies 3D Embossing Folder and Brilliant Wings Dies.

My card base is Night of Navy card stock.  I embossed a panel of Basic White card stock using the Painted Posie 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to the card base.  I matted a panel of Neutral 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper onto a panel of Night of Navy card stock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock, and stamped in Night of Navy ink images from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints, Quiet Meadow, and Ranunculus Romance stamp sets and embossed using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the panel to a panel of Night of Navy card stock and adhered over the polka dot panel.

Flowers from Quiet Meadow stamp set are colored using Night of Navy and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Write Markers then stamped on a panel of Basic White card stock then fussy cut and a strip of the polka dot DSP is adhered across the art panel and the flowers are popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A butterfly is cropped from a piece of Basic White card stock and colored using Blending Brushes and Pear Pizzazz and Polished Pink ink.  The butterfly is then popped on the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A Basic White card stock panel gets the same flowers as the card front stamped in the lower corner of the panel.  The panel is then adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Glue.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Neutral 6′ x 6″ Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Thinking of You Card

Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Thinking of You Card

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow stamp set.  Karen Kxenzakovic, a teammate created a card using this stamp set and it reminded me that each day, I keep thinking of making a card using this stamp set.  To me it is similar to another stamp set we had several years ago and I loved that set.   I also used stamps from Stampin’ Up! Ranunculus Romance and Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints.

My challenge for today is the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  I go diagonally from top right to bottom left — butterfly, flowers, die cuts.

I am joining The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge also.  Their theme for this challenge is Butterflies, Dragonflies, Bees.

I started with a Basic White card stock card base.  On another panel of Basic White card stock, I stamped the flowers from Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow in Olive Olive in for the leaves and I used a Polished Pink Stamp & Write Pen to color the flowers.  I used Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz inks stamped off once to stamp the greenery from Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints.  The print at the top is stamped in Balmy Blue and is stamped off twice using a stamp from Stampin’ Up!  Ranunculus Romance stamp also the postmark stamp at the bottom of the card stamped in Smoky Slate ink and stamped off once.

The art panel is matted on a panel of Hues of Happiness DSP and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Basic Rhinestone Jewels are colored with a Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends Marker and popped around the card front.  A butterfly is cropped from Basic White card stock and colored with Blending Brushes and Polished Pink and Pear Pizzazz ink.  It is then popped on the card front.  The greeting is stamped in Memento Black in on a piece of Basic White card stock and cropped using a die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

The inside panel has a butterfly brushed on the corner of the panel using Blending Brushes and Polished Pink and Pear Pizzazz inks.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a butterfly brushed to the envelope flap using Blending Brushes and Polished Pink ink and Pear Pizzazz ink.

Stampin’ Up! Lets Set Sail with Rings of Love and Honeybee Home

Stampin’ Up! Lets Set Sail with Rings of Love and Honeybee Home

The card I am sharing today is a new fun fold for me.  It is called a Circle Fun Fold.

I am entering the PINspirational Challenge for today. Their challenges are Anything Goes.  The {pin}spiring photo brings memories of spreading a jean quilt my Granny had made on the grass to watch the clouds float by and the birds in the trees, taking to one another.

I am also entering the Sunday Stamps Challenge.   The colors are so inspiring.

I started with a Night of Navy card base. Scoring at 2-1/8″ and 4-1/4″.  I then cut mats from Balmy Blue card stock for the mats.  I cut pieces of Rings of Love DSP to create the background for my card. The Rings of Love DSP pieces are adhered to the Balmy Blue mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. They are then adhered to the card base using the same adhesive.

Using dies from a long-retired die set, I cropped two circles, one larger than the other. The smaller circle got embossed using Timetorn Type 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered them together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Using my bone folder, I scored about 1-/2″  from the edge of the circles then I adhered the circle to the Night of Navy card base using Tear & Tape.

i fussy cut two houses for this card.  One on the card front and the other on the inside of the circle.  I popped the one on the front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the one inside the circle with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels are popped around the circle.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moment stamps set is stamped in Night of Navy ink on Basic White card stock and cropped using a die from Stitched Rectangle Dies.

The inside side gets sentiments from Stampin’ Up! Let’s Set Sail stamp set and Stampin’ Up! Honeybee Home stamp set.  You can see where the second house is now that the card is opened fully.  I colored a length of twine using a Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends to tire around the card to keep it from popping open.

A medium Basic White envelope gets DSP from Rings of Love DSP applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
