Wishing You all the Best
Love the way this card turned out. It is so cool and clean looking, I suppose from the Whisper White card base and the Highland Heather colored flowers makes for a cool looking card.
I decided to play along with The Sisterhood of Crafters.
I started with a Whisper White card base. I then took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and embossed it using the Pinewood Plank Embossing Folder. Using one of the dies from the Blended Seasons Stamp Set Bundle, I cut the panel from the embossed panel. I had in the meantime, cut a plain panel from a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I cut leaves using Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White cardstock, again I used one of the dies from the Blended Seasons Stamp Bundle. A stamp bundle includes not only the stamps but the dies for cutting out the stamped image. With this bundle you also got the new watercolor pencils.
I stamped the flower images on Whisper White cardstock, colored with the Highland Heather Stampin Write Markers and used an Aqua Pen to add water to make the flowers the colored I was wanting. I then fussy cut all the flowers out. I also stamped and colored flowers for the inside sentiment panel but did not include a sentiment at-this-time.
I wrapped a length of Mini Striped Ribbon around the Pinewood Plank Embossed Panel, adhering it on the back with tape.
