Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow

Happy Saturday, hope your day is sunny and bright and that your week has been fabulous.

The card I am sharing today is created using the Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Stamp Set, a new item from the May 2021- April 2022 catalog. The flowers in this set remind me of the Butterfly Basic set of a few years ago.

My design inspiration is the challenge with Sunday Stamps.

I started with Basic White card stock with a panel of the same embossed using the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder. A sunflower is cropped from Highland Heather card stock using the Sunflower Dies.

A panel of the Brights 6″ x 6″ DSP is cropped using a die from the Ornate Layers Dies. This crop is adhered across the lower portion of the card front with the Highland Heather sunflower tucked under the cropping a bit.

The flower image is from the Quiet Meadow Stamp Set and is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White card stock that has been cropped using a die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Coloring is done using the Polished Pink, Olive Olive, and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends Markers. The greeting is stamped on a Basic White card stock scrap in Highland Heather ink, fussy cut and popped on the card front.

The sentiment panel gets flowers from the same stamp set stamped and colored on the border of the panel.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Bright 6″ x 6″ DSP applied to the envelope flap.
