This is the card I am sharing today from the Stampin’ Up! New Wonders Stamp Set. I think it is a cute card. The little angle makes me think of my 3-year-old great-granddaughter and her wild red hair. I used the Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Memory Dies to make the cut so there would be two pieces of the Stampin’ Up! 6″ x 6″ 2019-2021 In-Color Designer Series Paper used.

The inside sentiment stamped in Stampin’ Up! Pretty Peacock ink is from Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set.

My challenge for today is with As You See It Challenge – Split Decision.

Stampin’ Up! Mosiac Mood Yellow Rose

My card today is created using Stampin’ Up! Mosiac Mood DSP, Stampin’ Up! Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! New Wonders Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set.

My challenge today is with Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies. I have used a die to cut the circle and the filigree on the left side of my card.

It starts with a Stampin’ Up! So Saffron card stock base, then a layer of Stampin’ Up! Pretty Peacock card stock for the mat for the Stampin’ Up! Mosiac Mood DSP focal panel. The filigree on the left of the card front is cut from Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock using the Stampin’ Up! Delicate Lace Dies.

The greeting is from the Stampin’ Up! New Wonders Stamp Set and is stamped in Pretty Peacock ink on the circle of Whisper White card stock which is matted on a circle of Pretty Peacock card stock. The circles have been cut using the Stampin’ Up! Circle Layering Dies.

The inside sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set is matted on a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock and stamped in Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

In finishing my card I decorated a Whisper White Envelope so it will coordinate with the floral theme of the card. I gave the envelope flap a panel from the Stampin’ Up! Mosiac Mood DSP. Don’t you just love this DSP, it is so pretty! A butterfly was fussy cut from a panel of the Mosiac Mood DSP and adhered in the right corner of the envelope with Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! New Wonders

There is nothing like getting your card for a certain challenge made at midnight and start to write the blog only to realize you have made the card entirely different from what the challenge is. So what do you do? You put it all away and go to bed, hoping for a better morning. Well, here I am again with a totally different card and praying it works this time.

I am playing along again today at another challenge at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday.

I used the Stampin’ Up! New Wonders stamp set to create this cute little card. I have been wanting to use this set and just kept waiting to do it. It is a cute stamp set and is actually a Hostess Set, meaning you can earn it by having a $150 party or purchasing $150 personally. Being a demonstrator means I had the opportunity to order it during pre-order (one of the perks of being a demonstrator) after OnStage in November 2018. Has it really been that long since OnStage? We have a new one coming in April and if you become a demonstrator, you have the privilege of going if you so choose. That’s enough, now on to the card for the day. Here are the basics of the card:

The base is Stampin’ Up! Coastal Cabana card stock.
Two panels from the Stampin’ Up! Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper, one is the mat and the other is the background panel.
A 2″ strip is cut fro the Poppy Parade, and adhered with Liquid Multipurpose Glue to the center portion of the background panel. Stampin’ Up! Whisper White Twine is wrapped around this panel three times before it is adhered. A bow is also made and popped on using Glue Dots.
Using a die from the Stampin’ Up! Stitched Framelits Dies a border piece is cut for each side of the Poppy Parade panel.
Several Stampin’ Up! Pearl Basic Jewels are colored with the Stampin’ Up! Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends and scattered about on the card front.
One of the images from the Stampin’ Up! New Wonders Hostess Stamp Set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink on a 3″ square of Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Paper. After stamping, I cut it out using Stampin’ Up Layering Circle Dies. Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Blends are used to color the image. The colors used were Light Poppy Parade, Light Bermuda Bay, Light Daffodil Delight, Light Petal Pink, Light Crumb Cake, Light Balmy Blue, and Light Smoky Slate.

That’s it for the card front. There is no inside sentiment only three hearts stamped in Stampin’ Up! Poppy Parade Ink using the small heart stamp from Stampin’ Up! Meant to Be stamp set.

In finishing my card I decorated a Whisper White Envelope so it will coordinate with the background panel on the card front. I stamped the images from the Stampin’ Up! New Wonders stamp set on the front of the envelope and gave the envelope flap a panel from the Stampin’ Up! Follow Your Art DSP.
