The card I am sharing today is created using Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, along with Stampin’ Up! Coffee With Friends Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamps Set. Leaves are die cut using Dies from Changing Leaves Dies and Autumn Leaves Dies.

The card base is Basic White cardstock with a piece of the same embossed using the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder. This embossed piece is adhered down the middle of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Leaves are die cut from different patterns of Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. A label is die cut using a die from Thoughtful Expression Dies. A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Coffee With Friends Stamp Set is stamped on the label using Early Espresso ink. Stampin’ Dimensionals are popped in the middle of the greeting label and it is popped on the middle of the card front. Stampin’ Dimensionals are placed in the middle so the leaves can be tucked unde the label. The leaves are now arranged around the label and secured using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Birds from Adhesive Backed Dragonfly and Birds are popped on the card front. Daffodil Delight Gems from Glossy Dot Assortment is also popped around the card front.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set is stamped in Early Espresso ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock. Leaves are popped in the lower corner of the panel and the panel is adhered to the Basic White card base.

A Basic White envelope gets a piece of Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature — Hello

The card I am sharing today is created using one of my favorite stamp sets, Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set. I also, use Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves and Sketched Butterflies Stamp Sets.

You can see how I colored this card, by clicking this link, It will take you to a previous post that shows the prep for coloring since it is colored on Crumb Cake cardstock.

These are the card cuts:

Basic White cardstock
- card base — 5-1/2′ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
- mat for art piece — 2-3/4″ x 4″
- greeting strip — 3/4″ x 4″
- inside panel — 4″ 5-1/4″
- inside panel left side — 2-7/8″ x 4-1/4″
Soft Seafoam cardstock
- background card front — 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
- inside panel left side — 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
- inside strip — 3/4″ x 5-1/4″
Crumb Cake cardstock
- art piece — 2-5/8″ x 3-7/8″

Start with the Soft Seafoam cardstock as they have to be preped to because DSP. Using the stamp that looks like a bunch of hashtags put all together and the little dots stamp, and using Pretty Peacock ink create your background by stamping over the piece for the card front, the piece for inside, and the strip for the inside.
Cut a piece of Crumb Cake, then will become the art piece when the stamping and coloring are complete.
On the Crumb Cake piece, stamp the flowers from Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set in Versa Mark ink.
Sprinkle White Embossing Powder over the Versa Mark and heat set using a heat tool.
Color the flowers and leaves using White Craft ink and a Water Painter. You can see how that looks on a previous blog by clicking the link to the post. Let the White Craft ink dry well before coloring with other colors.
Use Gorgeous Grape and Granny Apple Green inks and a Water Painter to color the flowers.
Stamp the HELLO greeting from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set in Memento Black in on a scrap of Basic White cardstock and bannerize one end.
Make a Mary Deatherage bow using Linen Thread.
Adhere the Soft Seafoam cardstock piece to the card base.
Adhere the art piece to the Basic White mat using adhesive of choice. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue .
Pop the art piece over the Soft Seafoam background piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Pop the greeting over the bottom of the flowers.
Adhere the bow using Glue Dots.
Pop Iridescent Basic Pearls around the art piece. That finishes the card front.
Stamp a butterfly from Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies in Versa Mark ink.
Sprinkle White Embossing Powder over the Versa Mark and heat emboss.
Color the butterfly using Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green, And Mossy Meadow inks and a Water Painter.
Fussy Cut the butterfly.
Stamp a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set in Memento Black ink on a Basic White panel.
Adhere the other Soft Seafoam piece to the left inside card base using adhesive of choice.
Adhere the sentiment panel over it using adhesive of choice.
Pop the butterfly over the sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp a greeting from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set on a Basic White panel using Memento Black ink.
Adhere the panel to the card base using adhesive of choice.
Add the Soft Seafoam strip down the right side of the panel.
A Basic White envelope gets a piece of Regals 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (I used a Gorgeous Grape piece) adhered to the envelope flap using adhesive of choice.

Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes

My card today is an easy fun fold. I’ve used Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set and Dies, Stampin’ Up! Beach Day Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamps Set, and Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper.

Challenges for this card.

Cut It Up Challenge — Anything Goes

Creatives Creases Challenge

Start with a Shaded Spruce cardstock card base cut 4-1/2″ x 11″
Score at 5-1/2″
Fold and burnish well.
Cut a piece of Basic White cardstock 4-1/8″ x 9-3/4″
Score 2-1/4″ and 4-1/2″.
Fold the 2-1/4″ score line as a mountain fold.
Fold the 4-1/2″ score line as a valley fold.
Adhere the Basic White piece to the card base using adhesive of choice. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue. This piece creates the easel.
Cut a piece of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper 4″ x 5-1/8″ and 2″ x 3-7/8″.
Adhere the two pieces of designer series paper to the Basic White piece.
This is the way the easel looks from the side.
Die cut the stems of the flowers from Lost Lagoon cardstock, cut three. See the first photo to see the two dies to use to cut the flowers. They are really the same die, but one has the flowers.
Die cut from Petunia Pop cardstock the flowers using the die that has the flowers on it. Cut three.
Adhere the Lost Lagoon flower stems over the flower stem leaving only the Petunia Pop flower showing. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue because they are so thin. It would have been good to use an adhesive strip adhered to the Lost Lagoon cardstock. It would have made it easier to adhere the Lost Lagoon stem over the flower stem.
Adhere the flowers on the background piece of tthe Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper (see photo).
Die cut the big flourish that looks like half a wreath (see first photo) from Lost Lagoon cardstock.
Stamp a greeting on a piece of Basic White cardstock using Shaded Spruce ink.
Trim the greeting piece to 1-1/2″ x 2-1/4″.
Cut a mat from Petunia Pop cardstock 1-5/8″ x 2-3/8″ for the greeting piece.
Adhere the greeting piece to the Petunia Pop cardstock piece.
Adhere 3 Stampin’ Dimensionals down the middle of the greeting.
Pop the greeting in the middle of the easel part.
Tuck the flourish around the greeting. You may have to cut it into two pieces.
Pop three Birds and Dragonflies around the card front and one on the inside.
A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Beach Day Stamp Set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock, then adhered to the card base. A strip of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper is adhered at the bottom of the panel.

A Basic White envelope gets a piece of 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Glue or adhesive of choice.

I am sharing a very easy and simple fun fold today. I used Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes, Layering Leaves, and Sketched Butterflies Stamp Sets. Also used was Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper.

These are the card cut you will need to create this card.

Pretty Peacock cardstock
- card base — 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
- little card — 3″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
Basic White cardstock
- art piece card front — 2-3/4″ x 4″
- inside piece little card — 2-3/4″ x 4″
- inside piece card base — 4″ x 5-1/4″
Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper
- card front little card — 2-3/4″ x 4″
- inside — scrap

These are the challenges I am entering for this card.

Pammie’s Inky Pinkies Challenge

Creative Creases Challenge

Seize The Birthday Challenge with the option of adding a cute critter. I am doing the “Anything Goes” as I do not have a critter on my card.

Color a flower image from Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set using Stampin’ Write Markers, I used Pretty Peacock and Wild Wheat. Give the image a huff of breath after coloring to moisten it so it will stamp well.
Stamp the colored image on one of the 2-3/4″ x 4″ pieces of Basic White cardstock, leaving space at the top for a greeting.
Stamp a greeting in Pretty Peacock ink using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set.
Use the splash of dots stamp from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set to stamp dots in Wild Wheat ink around the flower.
Adhere to the left side of your card base front leaving a border around the edges.
On the other piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp in Pretty Peacock ink a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set.
Stamp in Pretty Peacock ink in the lower right corner, a flower image from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set.
Adhere the Basic White piece to the inside of the little card using adhesive of choice.
Adhere the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series piece to the little card front.
Adhere the little card to the right side of the card front making sure edges are even. The left edge may extend over the Basic White piece just a bit but this is fine.
Adhere dots from Glossy Dot Assortment.
Stamp in Pretty Peacock ink, a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set on the Basic White piece for the inside of the card.
Using left-over scraps from Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper adhere to the left side of the inside Basic White panel.
Adhere three of the dots from the Glossy Dot Assortment on the left side in the little white space at the top of the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper.

Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature — Hello!

Here I am using Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set again. It along with Sketched Butterflies are my favorites I believe. I made my own Designer Series Paper using two of the stamp from the stamp set.

I am entering Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge — Any Occasion

The card base is Basic White card stock cut 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at 2-1/8″ and 4-1/4″. Use a Bone folder and give the 2-1/8″ and 4-1/4″ score lines a good crease. This will create a Z fold.

Using the two stamps from Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature I stamped the design on a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Pool Party cardstock using Pretty Peacock ink. I cut the Pool Party piece at 2″ creating two pieces. They are adhered using Multipurpose Liquid Glue as you can see in the photo above. One on the front left of the Z fold and the other on the right side of the inside panel.

I stamped the flower image from Spotlight On Nature stamp set in Versa Mark on a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, sprinkled White Embossing Poweder over the stamped image and heat set using a heat tool. I colored the flowers using White Craft ink, let dry thoroughly then colored with Melon Mambo, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, and Mossy Meadow ink and a Water painter.

Once the Crumb Cake piece is dry, mat on a piece of Basic White cardstock, then adhere to the left side of the Z fold, making sure to put glue only on the portion of the Crumb Cake piece that will be glued to the left side of the Z fold. If you put glue on the entire piece you will glue your card closed. You can see in the above photo, how the piece is adhered.

Add a strip of the Designer Series Paper across the art piece, adding a greeting from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves.

Make a bow ( I call this bow a Mary Deatherage bow, as she is the one who showed me how to make it) from Linen Thread and adhere to the corner of the greeting. Add gems around the card front and inside using gems from Tinsel Gems Four Pack.

On a piece of 2″ x 5-1/4″ Basic White cardstock, stamp a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves and Country Birdhouse Stamp Sets in Pretty Peacock ink. On the left panel, adhere butterflies that have been die cut using a die from Sketched Butterflies.

This is how the card looks opened all the way.

I also made a piece of Designer Series Paper for the Basic White envelope flap.
