Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic

Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set and Chic Dies along with the Split Card Textures Die and the Stitched Greenery Die.

I am entering the Fusion Card Challenge.  My inspiration for this card is the colors in the kitchen.

I started with a Daffodil Delight card stock card base. I cropped a panel of Basic White card stock using the Split Card Textured Die.  The panel is then embossed using the Stitched Greenery Die.  The panel is then popped on the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cropped a flower from Distressed Gold Specialty Paper.  I stamped leaves from Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Cajun Craze, and Mossy Meadow ink.  I stamped in acorns in Soft Suede and colored using a Crumb Cake Stampin Blends Marker.  All of these are arranged on the card front and adhered either using Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Crumb Cake twine from Basic Twine Essential Pack is used to make a bow. It is popped over the leaves using Glue Dots. A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Blessings Of Home stamp set is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink and matted on a strip of Old Olive   6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper.  Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots are popped on the card front.

A different design of the Split Card Textured Dies is cropped and a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Potted Geraniums stamp set is stamped on the lower corner of the panel.  A Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots is popped by the sentiment.  It is then adhered to the Daffodil Delight card stock card base.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the 6″ x 6″ Brights Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn – Autumn Wishes

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn – Autumn Wishes

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set and Autumn Bouquet Dies.

I am entering the Four Seasons Challenge for today.

I started with a Daffodil Delight card stock card base. I cropped a panel of Basic White card stock using the die on the right side above from the Split Card Texture Dies turning the die at a slight angle instead of straight.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set is stamped in Soft Suede ink on the bottom of the panel. The Basic White panel is popped over the Daffodil Delight card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped flowers, leaves, and acorns in Soft Suede ink using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set. I colored the leaves and acorns using Mossy Meadow ink and a Water Painter.  The flowers are colored using Poppy Parade and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.

The flowers and leaves are arranged around the cropped lattice and adhered using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Three Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots are popped on the card front.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Thinking of You

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Thinking of You

Well, my computer decided to return from its extended vacation with the Geek Squad.  I was beginning to think it was going to be a permanent resident there but joyfully it decided to come home.

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Autumn Bouquet Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, and Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips.  Next will be a picture of the embossing folder used to emboss a panel of Basic White card stock.

I embossed a panel of Basic White card stock using the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder.  I placed a piece of Night of Navy card stock in the folder to show up the design.

I am entering the Just Us Girls Challenge for today.  Their theme is CAS Clean and Simple.

I am also entering the Tic Tac Toe Challenge for today.  I choose Orange, Free (my free is embossing), and Fall Leaves.

I stamped leaves from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set in Early Espresso ink on Basic White card stock.  I colored the leaves using Watercolor pencils.  The leaves are cropped using dies from the Autumn Bouquet Dies.  A circle is cropped from a piece of Basic White card stock using a die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

Loops of Crumb Cake twine from the Basic Twine Essential Pack is looped several times behind the Basic White circle, the circle is then popped over it using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  The leaves are then arranged around the circle.  Three Brushed Metallic Dots are popped on the card front.

A panel of Basic White card stock gets leaves stamped down the side of the panel, then colored.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Season of Chic stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Happy Birthday

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Happy Birthday

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set along with the Bouquet Dies and the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder.

I am entering Seize The Birthday Challenge for today.

I started by adhering a piece of the Boughs of Holly Designer Series paper on a Soft Succulent card stock mat for the card front.  All the other elements of the card will be added before adhering to the Evening Evergreen card stock base.

I stamped the flowers from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set in Tuxedo Memento Black ink.  I then colored them using Sweet Sorbet, Soft Succulent, Granny Apple Green, and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers.

From Distressed Gold Paper, I cropped the large panel of flowers using a die from the Bouquet Dies.  I, also, cropped a circle from the Distressed Gold Paper using a die from Stylish Shapes Dies.  I cropped a larger circle from Evening Evergreen card stock.  I embossed both these circles using the Quatrefoil Tiles Embossing Folder.  I punched leaves from Pear Pizzazz card stock using a Bough Punch.  The Evening Evergreen and Gold Foil card stock twigs were cropped using a die from a retired die set.

The gold circle is adhered to the Evening Evergreen circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  It is then adhered to the Boughs of Holly panel matted on the Evening Evergreen card stock.  The Distressed Gold Flower panel is then adhered over the circle, leaving a portion of the circle showing.  All the flowers and twigs are now arranged over the gold flower piece using Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A greeting from my stash of greetings is popped over the middle of the arrangement using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a Basic White card stock panel a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Graceful Tiles is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink.  A flower from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink several times across the bottom of the panel.  The flowers are colored using a Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends Marker, the leaves are colored using a Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends marker.  The panel is adhered to the Evening Evergreen card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A panel of Boughs of Holly Designer Series paper is adhered to a Basic White Medium Envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set, Flowering Tulips stamp set, Autumn Bouquet Dies, Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, and Wonderful World Designer Series Paper.

I am joining the As You See It Challenge as one of my challenges for the day.  I love their theme for this week as it includes one of my favorites, watercoloring.

I am also entering the Tic Tac Toe Challenge — I chose Die Cut, Free, and Embossing.

I started with a Basic White card base with a panel of the same embossed using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

Flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn Stamp Set is stamped in Stazon Ink on a Basic White panel, dried with the heat tool to make sure the ink would not smear during watercoloring the flowers.  I use Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake, Garden Green, Old Olive, Poppy Parade,  Soft Suede stamp pads for the ink. I used a Stampin’ Block to put ink on and a water painter as the brush.  Two of the flowers and the berries are colored using Poppy Parade ink, though they are different colors.  One of the flowers is colored using Crush Curry ink.  The leaves are colored using Old Olive and Garden Green ink.  The acorns are colored using Crumb Cake and Soft Suede ink.

A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn stamp set is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a piece of Basic White card stock and cropped with a die from the Autumn Bouquet Dies.  A strip of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper is cut.  Now all the elements are ready for assembly.  They are adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Stampin’ Dimensionals.  A length of Crumb Cake Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack is adhered behind the greeting and the greeting is then popped on using Stampin’ DimensionalsRhinestone Basic Jewels are colored using a Dark Real Red Stampin’ Blends Marker and popped around the card front.

A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Flowering Tulips is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Flowers like the ones on the card front are adhered in the corner using Multipurpose Glue and the panel is then adhered to the card base.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day.
