Stampin’ Up! Dandy Garden

Stampin’ Up! Dandy Garden

My card today features the Dandy Garden DSP, soon to be retired.  Bumblebee card stock is the base with a panel of the same embossed using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.  Using a Blending Brush, Crumb Cake ink is brushed on random bricks.

My design inspiration comes from  Try Stampin’ On Tuesday.

Fusion Card Challenge — Bee Kind  This is my second entry.

A panel is cut from the Dandy Garden DSP and matted on a Basic White mat then pop on the card front over another panel of the DSP that is banded across the card front.  A narrow Basic White strip is stamped with a greeting from the new Pansy Patch Stamp Set, available May 4 to customers.  It is popped across the bottom of the Blackberry Bliss panel from the Dandy Garden DSP.  Several bees are fussy cut and pop on the card front.

Several jewels are scattered randomly on the card front.

A sentiment from the Pansy Patch Stamp Set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink on a Basic White card stock panel.  Dragonflies from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set are stamped in the same ink at the top and bottom of the panel.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Dandy Garden DSP added to the flap.

If you would like to create this card all the products used and the card cuts are at the end of this post.

Stampin’ Up! Dandy Garden

Stampin’ Up! Dandy Garden

Good Day! I hope your day has gone fantastic.  The card I am sharing today features the Dandy Garden DSP and the Sending Sunshine Stamp Set for the sentiment.

The card has a Basic White card stock card base with a Basic Black card stock mat used as the background panel for the 6 individual pieces cut from Dandy Garden DSP.

My design is inspired by the Just Add Ink Challenge which is a sketch challenge.

One of the large dragonflies on the Dandy Garden DSP is fussy cut and popped in the center of the card front. It has been covered with Wink of Stella to give a bit of sparkle.

Hello from any stamp set can be used as a greeting.  I can’t remember which stamp set I used. I fussy cut around this one and popped it on the front of the card using a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.  Elegant Faceted Gems are popped on the dragonflies.

A sentiment from the Sending Sunshine Stamp Set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink on a panel of So Saffron card stock and a fussy cut dragonfly is popped in the corner using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Dandy Garden DSP applied to the envelope flap.

If you would like to create this card all the products used and the card cuts are at the end of this post.

Stampin’ Up! A Little Lace with Dandy Garden

Stampin’ Up! A Little Lace with Dandy Garden

Today’s card is created using  Dandy Garden DSP and A Little Lace Stamp Set for the greeting.

Design inspiration for my card is compliments of Sunday Stamps Weekly Challenge.

Start with a Blackberry Bliss card stock card base, a panel of the same that has been embossed using the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder. Adhere it to the card base after the other elements are added.

Cut three panels from Dandy Garden DSP and three mats from the same but a different color. Adhere together then adhere to the embossed panel. Wrap a length of the Ornate Garden Terracotta  Ribbon around the embossed panel over this wrap Linen Thread three times around the middle of the ribbon.  Make a bow from the Linen Thread and pop on using a Stampin’ Up! Mini Glue DotStamp a greeting from the A Little Lace Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss ink on a Basic White card stock scrap.  Fussy cut around the greeting and pop on the card front. Fussy cut two dragonflies from the Dandy Garden DSP and pop over the dragonfly that matches.

The sentiment panel has a strip of the Dandy Garden DSP adhered across the bottom of the panel.  It is then adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A medium Basic White envelope gets a panel of the Dandy Garden DSP adhered to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Many Hearts!

Stampin’ Up! Many Hearts!

Monday has rolled around again. Have a great week.

Today’s card features the Many Hearts Dies along with the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper and the Hammered Metallic Embossing Folder.

The Sunday Stamps Challenge has a great color challenge for the week called Warm Hearts.  I could not tell if the bottom color was brown or Blackberry Bliss.  I chose it to be Blackberry Bliss as I stamped my greeting in Blackberry Bliss.  The other colors I chose are Very Vanilla, Bumblebee, and Cherry Cobbler along with Crumb Cake as my neutral.  I borrowed the panel layering design from Amy, I hope that is allowed.  I thought it was a great design.

The card base is Cherry Cobbler card stock with panels of Crumb Cake card stock, a Bumblebee panel that is from the Dandy Garden DSP, and a Very Vanilla card stock panel that is for the art piece.  The CrumCake panel & the Bumblee panel are cropped using dies from the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The Very Vanilla panel is cropped using a die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

A greeting from the Itty Bitty Stamp Set is stamped on the Very Vanilla panel in Blackberry Bliss ink.  The little dandelions that are blowing in the wind on the Very Vanilla panel are stamped in Crumb Crumb ink.

The flower heart and the banner of hearts are cropped from Cherry Cobbler card stock using dies from the Many Hearts DiesRhinestone Basic Jewels are popped in the flower center and around the card front.

The sentiment panel is blank except for the loopy hearts at the bottom of the panel.  Since this is going to be a birthday card, I will write a birthday message instead of stamping one.

The medium Very Vanilla envelope gets a panel of Dandy Garden DSP applied to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by today.  I hope you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day.  My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself.  Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me.  Have a blessed day!
