Stampin’ Up! Hey Chuck — Happy Birthday
The card I am sharing today is a fun card I CASed from Dawn Griffith’s Stampin’ Up! Hey Chuck stamp set and Dies.
I am entering the Tic, Tac, Toe Challenge. I have chosen, birthday, die cuts, stamping.
The card base is Tahitian Tide card stock with 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series Paper as the mat. Below is a photo of how to score and cut the card base.
- The card base is 5-1/2″ x 8″ scored at 2″ and 6″ on the 8″ side.
- On the 5-1/2″ side come in 1-1/4″ and cut between the score lines from 2″ to 6″.
- Turn the piece to the other end and repeat the cut.
- Turn to the 8″ side go over 3″ and score from the 1-1/4″ to 4-1/4″.
- At the 4″ line score from top to the cut line, then at the bottom cut line to edge of card stock.
From a 6″ x 6″ piece of 2022-2024 In Color Designer Series paper cut the following pieces:
- (3) 1-7/8″ x 5-3/8″
- From one of the 1-7/8″ x 5-3/8″ pieces
- (4) 1-1/8″ x 1-7/8″
Only one piece of Designer Series Paper is used. Both side are used as you can see in the photo above.
The roosters Stampin’ Up! Hey Chuck stamp set are stamped in Memento Black ink and colored in Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Blends Marker.
The sentiments are from Stampin’ Up! So Sincere stamp set. One of the roosters is adhered to the Basic White card stock panel.
A Basic White envelope get one of the rooster stamped on the envelope flap and is colored in the same color as the ones on the card.
