Happy Sunday everyone! Hope your day is blessed!

The card I am sharing today is created using the Stampin’ Up! Around the Corner Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Come To Gather Designer Series Paper.

I decided on two challenges for the day… CAS(E) This Sketch.

And… Crafty Calendar Challenge. Lots of Layers– I think I have 8 or 9 layers.

My card base is Stampin’ Up! Cajun Craze card stock. As you can see there are several mats and you can see the measurement for all of them at the bottom of this post. The greeting is from the Stampin’ Up! Around The Corner Stamp Set and is stamped in Stampin’ Up! Early Espresso ink. The pumpkin is colored using a Stampin’ Up! Stampin Blends Marker in Light Pumpkin Pie.

The inside sentiment is from the August 2019 Paper Pumpkin.

I finished my project by decorating the flap of a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope with a panel of the Stampin’ Up! Come To Gather Designer Series Paper.

Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow

Hello Everyone, we are looking at a great weekend right! Sunshine, hot, clear, heading toward Fall but the hot summer days are still here. We could probably use a little of the cool weather that comes with snow, but I think I had rather have it hot and no snow. 97 degrees at my house on Friday.

The challenges I am joining today are Tuesday Morning Sketches.

And… Watercooler Wednesday – Tristan’s “All About Occasions” Challenge.

The card I am sharing today is another simple one that requires mostly cutting. It is created using Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow Designer Series Paper (DSP). This DSP is so cute and sweet for creating a cheery Christmas card or a winter birthday card or a plain ole thinking of you card. You can see how it is created by looking at the card and the Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge. It is put together using either Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Up! Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

This is another card for my Christmas card making. I have really got to get more serious about making because I make so many I do not want it to be November and I am behind big time.

Stampin’ Up! Tidings All Around Stamp Set is the current stamp set with the “Tidings of Comfort and Joy” sentiment. Mine is from the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Pines (retired).

I finished my project by decorating the flap of a Stampin’ Up! Whisper White envelope with a panel of the Let It Snow DSP.

Stampin’ Up! Bloom and Grow

Happy Labor Day weekend all! Not to happy for the people in Florida prayers and thoughts are with them and all the people caught up in the horrible weather. Maybe it will just turn and blow its self out to sea.

My card today has the same design I believe as the one yesterday, guess I am stuck on that design.

My challenges are with Hand Stamped Sentiments.

And… Dream Valley Challenges — Buttons or Bows

And… Watercooler Wednesday Challenges — Heidi’s “All Occasions”.

Three great challenges, I hope to see your post on each one.

My card starts with a Stampin’ Up! Rococo Rose card stock base with mats of Stampin’ Up! Blackberry Bliss card stock and Stampin’ Up! Smoky Slate card stock.

The art panel is a panel of Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock and one of the flower images from the Stampin’ Up! Bloom and Grow Stamp Set is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink. A circle is then cropped from the panel using the Stampin’ Up! Stitched Shapes Dies. I realize now that it would have been much easier to color if I had colored and then cut.

I colored the flowers using Stampin’ Up! Classic Stampin’ Pads in Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry, Rocco Rose, Smoky Slate and a Stampin’ Up! Blender Pen. It is amazing the color you can create using a Blender Pen. The hearts are cropped using Stampin’ Up! Stitched Label Dies. They are cropped in Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry, Rococo Rose, Blushing Bride, and Smokey Slate. A small spot was embossed on the card front under the hearts using one of the dies from the Stitched Label Dies.

The greeting stamped on the circle is from the Stampin’ Up! Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set and is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. Three pearls from the Stampin’ Up! Pearl Basic Jewels are placed on the circle also. The bow is made using Stampin’ Up! Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and popped on the card front using Stampin’ Up! Glue Dots.

The inside sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up! Strong and Beautiful Stamp Set and the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set and is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink. The flowers are from the Stampin’ Up! Bloom and Grow Stamp Set and are colored using Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils in Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, and Flirty Flamingo to get the color of pink I wanted. Once again, I used a Blender Pen to smooth the colors.

Stampin’ Up! Woven Threads

In creating the card I am sharing today, Stampin’ Up! Woven Threads Designer Series Paper (DSP) is the focal point. I have not used this DSP before and never really given it a good look. It has some lovely designs and colors. I noticed that all the Stampin’ Up! 2019-2021 In- Colors are represented in this DSP. I’ve added the rose from the April 2019 Paper Pumpkin Inspirational Rose stamp set. It matches the rose in the Stampin’ Up! To A Wild Rose Stamp Set.

My challenge for the day is with Sketch Saturday.

The card base is Stampin’ Up! Terracotta Tile card stock. There are two mats that are Stampin’ Up! Seaside Spray card stock and one that is Stampin’ Up! Terracotta Tile card stock. All pieces are adhered together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The Seaside Spray panel with the Rose is popped on using Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I’ve added a bow made from Stampin’ Up! Linen Thread to rose. The rose was stamped on the Seaside Spray panel using Seaside Spray ink, then another rose was stamped and fussy cut and popped over the one stamped on the panel. A leaf was stamped using Stampin’ Up! Pretty Peacock ink. 2019-2021 In-Color Faceted Dots are randomly placed on the card front.

The inside sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! To A Wild Rose Stamp Set is stamped in Stampin’ Up! Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock. A small panel of the Woven Threads DSP is adhered at the bottom of the sentiment panel and then the panel is matted on a panel of Seaside Spray cardstock and adhered to the card base.

In finishing, I adhered a panel of the DSP to the envelope flap to coordinate with the card front.

Stampin’ Up! Come Sail Away

Can you believe the week has gone so quickly? Here it is time for the weekend again and I have so much I have not gotten accomplished this week, but on to card making that is the important part of each day–right.

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Come Sail Away DSP, Stampin’ Up! Regal 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, and a greeting from the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Retreat Stamp Set.

My challenge for the day is with Try Stampin’ – or Not – on Tuesday. It has an optional twist this week as it does on occasion. They have teamed up with Double Trouble and here is the optional twist.

THING 1: Trouble Maker

says, “Help us stir up some trouble with a 3-2-1 Recipe that can be used for any occasion.”

From: Our Kitchen at Double Trouble

Servings: Unlimited portions of Fun

Ingredients: 3 – Colors My three colors are Stampin’ Up! Balmy Blue Cherry Cobbler, Night of Navy, Soft Suede — Oh but I used 4!

2 – Design Papers — Stampin’ Up! Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and Regal 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (that’s the red one) and Whisper White card stock

1 – Sentiment or image (stamped or digital OK) — Sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Rustic Retreat Stamp Set and birds stamped on the sentiment circle from the Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home Stamp Set

Directions: You may use more than the recipe ingredients stipulated, but you need to include at least the required minimum of each ingredient for
successful results.

I believe I have included all the ingredients for a good recipe to be created.

The card base is Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock with a Stampin’ Up! Cherry Cobbler card stock mat for the Stampin’ Up! Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper focal panel.

Using a Stampin’ Up! Stitched Rectangle Die I cut a small rectangle from a panel of the Come Sail Away DSP . I cut a larger Stitched Rectangle Die out of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and adhered the Come Sail Away rectangle to it using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the rectangles to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I made a banner out of a strip of the Stampin’ Up! 6″ x 6″ Regal Designer Series Paper then made another banner out of a strip of Stampin’ Up! Night of Navy card stock. These were adhered together using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then added to the card front.

Two circles were cut from Night of Navy card stock and Come Sail Away DSP. Seagulls from the Stampin’ Up! Sailing Home Stamp Set are stamped on the Come Sail Away circle along with the greeting from Stampin’ Up! Rustic Retreat Stamp Set which is stamped on a small strip of Whisper White card stock and then adhered to the circle using a Stampin’ Up! Glue Dot.

The inside sentiment panel is stamped with birds from the Sailing Home stamp set and the panel left blank for note writing since this is a thank you card.

In finishing, I stamped seagulls on the front of the envelope and gave the flap a panel of DSP that coordinates with the card front.
