Welcome! It that time, the 2nd Tuesday of the month you have been waiting for with excitement, a fun team blog hop from Amy’s Inkin’ Krew. The theme for this month is “Merry Christmas of Happy Holidays”. You are in for a treat seeing all the talent these ladies present to you. Sit back with your favorite beverage and enjoy. You will see cards that will inspire you to get creative as you jump from blog to blog.

A very easy card, I am sharing with you today. The Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper does all the work. I did use the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the Shaded Spruce cardstock strip on the right side.

The card base is Basic White cardstock with a panel of Shaded Spruce cardstock as the mat for the Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper. Elements from Joyful Saying Ephemera Pack is used for the greeting. Glossy Dots from Glossy Dots Assortment Pack are popped around the card front.

Card Cuts

Basic White cardstock
- card base — 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″ from bottom edge1″ of right side of card front cut in 1″ to the score line.
Shaded Spruce cardstock
- mat — 3-1/8″ x 5-3/”
Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper
- focal panel card front — 3″ x 5-1/4″

A sentiment from the Joyful Sayings Ephemera Pack is placed on the Basic White card base and is lightly drawn around to get the space that need to be colored using Shaded Spruce ink and a Blending Brush. The sentiment is adhered over the shaded area using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. A Glossy Dot is popped by the sentiment.

A Basic White envelope gets a panel of Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees — love & joy

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set and Dies. The greeting and sentiment are both from this stamp set. I also used Mossy Meadow and Very Vanilla cardstock.

The card base is Very Vanilla cardstock with a layer of Mossy Meadow cardstock embossed with the Snowflake Sky Embossing Folder. The remaining parts of the card are created using scraps from other cards that I have created. The Season of Green and Gold Designer Series Paper is the base for the Christmas tree. Scraps of other Designer Series Papers are adhered to a piece of an adhesive sheet, sprinkled with Gold Embossing Powder and heat set.

The Christmas tree piece is adhered over the Mossy Meadow cardstock embossed piece uing Stampin’ Dimensionals. Daffodil Delight dots from Glossy Dots Assortment are popped around the card front. A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on a Very Vanilla scrap, trimmed and popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A small bow is created using Gold Twisted Thread. It is popped on the top of the tree using a Glue Dot.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock. A negative piece from die cutting trees is adhered over the sentiment giving the appearance of a tree. The panel is adhered to the Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A Very Vanilla envelope gets a piece of Season of Green and Gold Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees –love & joy

Good Day everyone. I have a new computer so if the layout of my blog doesn’t look right that’s the reason, I thought I would give a bit of a warning about it. Frustrating!

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set for the greeting and sentiment. The main part of the card is little pieces of strips of paper left over from other cards that I cut into smaller pieces.

Card Cuts:

Garden Green cardstock
- card base — 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
Granny Apple Green cardstock
- mat — 4″ x 5-1/4″
Basic White cardstock
- mat for mosaic
- inside piece — 4″ x 5-1/4″

The Basic White cardstock piece has a piece of Adhesive Sheet adhered to the base. This is where the mosaic pieces will be adhered. After you have adhered the pieces, sprinkle Gold Embossing Powder over the surface of the pieces, then heat emboss.

Adhere the mosaic piece over the Granny Green cardstock piece then adhere the Granny Apple piece to the card base. Stamp a greeting from Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set using Memento Black ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock, fussy cut then adhering to a piece of Real Red cardstock and fussy cutting. Add the greeting to the lower corner of the mosaic piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Stamp Set is stamped on a panel of Basic White cardstock and leftover strips from the mosaic panel are added to the top and bottom corners.

A Basic White envelope gets a panel of 2023-2025 Regal 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The card shared today is from one of my favorite stamp sets of the 2024-2025 Sept – Dec Mini catalog, Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set. Country Lace Designer Series Paper is also used in the creation. Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set is used for the greeting. Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora Stamp Set is used for the inside sentiment.

These are the card cuts you will need to create this card.

Boho Blue cardstock
- card base — 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ score at 4-1/4″
- flap –4-1/4′ x 4-1/4″ scored and folded at 1″
- mat for next layer — 2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″
- art layer — 1-3/4″ x 2″
Basic White cardstock
- art piece — 1-1/2′ x 1-3/4″
- inside panel – 4″ x 5-1/4″
Country Lace Designer Series Paper
- left side card base — 2-3/4″ x 5-1/4″ (cut 2 )
- layer on card front — 2-1/4″ x 3-1/4″
- flap inside & out — 3″ x 4″ (cut 2)
- envelope — 2-1/4″ x 6″
- back of card — 4″ x 5-1/4″

Color a 26″ length of Basic White Satin Ribbon using a Bobo Blue Stampin’ Blends. Stamp a flower image from Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set in Night Of Navy ink on the 1-1/2″ x 1-3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock. Using a Blender Pen, blend the ink so that a bit of the blue highlights areas of the flower.

Adhere the designer series paper to the pieces of Boho Blue cardstock you can tell by sizes above which piece goes with which one. Center the piece of Boho Blue cardstock that measure 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ to the Basic White 4″ x 5-1/4″ adhering adhesive to the 1″ flap and adhere to the back of the Basic White panel.

With the card open adhere the Country Lace Designer Series Paper to the left and right sides (see above). On the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock stamp a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora Stamp Set in Night of Navy ink. Stamp flowers from Stampin’ Up! Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set in Boho Blue ink at the bottom the panel.

Adhere the 1-1/2″ x 1-3/4″ art piece over the Country Lace Designer Series Paper piece on the card front, leaving a border around the edges . Then adhere the piece to the right flap using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Lay the length of ribbon across the back of the card. Secure with a piece of tape on each side.

Adhere a panel of Country Lace Designer Series Paper to the back of the card covering the ribbon and also helping secure the ribbon in place.

A Basic White envelope get a panel of Country Lace Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions

I have a fun card today to share. It is quick and easy, even if it does look difficult. I could not believe how quick I had it finished and I need quick and easy. It is a combination of Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions Stamp Set and the September 2024 Paper Pumpkin. I also used a die from Spotlight On Nature Dies to die cut my circle and a piece of Sweet Days Of Autumn Designer Series Paper.

The card base is Pecan Pie. A focal panel is added by adhering a panel of a card from the September Paper Pumpkin. A piece of Sweet Days Of Autumn Designer Series Paper is added at the bottom of the panel. A circle is then die cut using a die from Spotlight On Nature Dies.

Cut a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock 5-1/4″ x 8-1/2″. Score at 4″ and 6-1/4″. Adhere the 4″ section to the inside of card base. You can see in the above photo how the piece is adhered. The circle that you die cut from the card front is place back in the opening you can see above how it is adhered to the panel. The card is closed when you adhere the circle so you will know exactly where it is to have the adhesive put.

Decorate the card front using elements from the September Paper Pumpkin. Stamp a greeting in Cajun Craze ink on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock using one of the stamps from the September Paper Pumpkin. Die cut the greeting using a die from Deckled Circle Dies. Pop Blueberry Bushel gems on the card front using gems from Tinsel Gems Four Pack.

Stamp a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions Stamp Set in Cajun Craze ink on the Very Vanilla panel. Stamp the wheat image in the corner of the panel.

One of the envelopes fromt the Paper Pumpkin Kit is used as the envelope, no need to decorate one.
