Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy with Brilliant Wings

Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy with Brilliant Wings

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set and Brilliant Wings Dies.

I am entering the Sunday Stamps Challenge for this card.

I am also entering the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  I choose down the left side, Die Cuts, Layers, and Butterfly.

I started with a Blackberry Bliss card stock card base.  I cut a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper, then cut the panel into three 1-1/2″ strips.  The strips are cut into different lengths.  They are then adhered to a Calypso Coral mat.

The panel with the Designer Series Paper is adhered to the card base.  A Basic White card stock circle is cropped using a die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set is stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto the circle.  The circle is adhered to the Designer Series Panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A die from Brilliant Wings Dies is used to crop a butterfly from Basic White card stock.  The butterfly is colored using Blending Brushes, Blackberry Bliss, and Mossy Meadow ink.  Wink of Stella is applied heavily to the butterfly so it will have lots of sparkles.   An Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewel is applied to the butterfly’s head.  The butterfly is popped on the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Mossy Meadow Braided Twine is used to create a bow.  The bow is popped onto the circle using a Glue Dot. Two more Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are plopped around the card front.

You can see the Wink of Stella on the butterfly wings. I did a close-up as a regular photo does not show it up very well.

A panel of Basic White card stock gets two fussy-cut flowers from Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper adhered to the lower right corner.  The panel is left blank except for these two flowers for a handwritten message.

A Basic White medium envelope gets a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy with Dainty Delight

Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy with Dainty Delight

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set, a free Sale-A-Bration item with a qualifying order and Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set.  It is called a screen divider fun fold card.  I have made this card several time.  I believe it was the first fun fold I made 15 years ago when I started making Stampin’ Up! cards.

I started with a 5-1/2″ x 11″ piece of Blushing Bride card stock. I scored at 2-3/4″, 5-1/2″, and 8-1/4″.  This creates the panel for the screen.  I use one of my punches which is long retired I am sure, but you can use any punch to create the feet for the screen.

I cut Pool Party card stock into (4) 2-5/8″ x 4-7/8″ and Shimmery White card stock into (4) pieces 2-3/8″ x 4-3/4″.  The Pool Party pieces are for the mats for each of the Shimmery White card stock pieces.

Images from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set and Stampin’ Up Dainty Delight stamp set are stamped in Memento Black ink onto the Shimmery White card stock panel. The flowers on the front panel are colored using Pool Party and Parakeet Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. The flowers on three of the panels are colored using Rich Razzleberry, Granny Apple Green, and Balmy Blue Watercolor Pencils.

The greetings are from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set and are stamped in Memento Black ink on pieces of Shimmery White card stock.  They are cropped using a die from Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The die is larger than I want for the greeting so you can see in the two photos above how I placed them on the greeting to crop to the size I wanted.

The sentiment in the final panel is from Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set and is stamped in Memento Black ink.  The spray of flowers at the top of the panel is from Stampin’ Up! Queen Bee stamp set.  The image is colored using the same color Watercolor Pencils as previously used on the other panels.

The second panel of the screen divider fun fold card get a Blushing Bride bow created using a scrap of Blushing Bride twine.  It is applied with a dab of Multipurpose Liquid Glue was used to adhere the bow to the panel.  Multipurpose Liquid Glue is used to adhere all the panels together and to the card base.  Brushed Metallic Butterflies are scattered around the four panels.

A  Basic White medium envelopes get a panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper added to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Favored Flowers Happy Thoughts

Stampin’ Up! Favored Flowers Happy Thoughts

The card I am sharing today is created using SALE-A-Bration products. SALE-A-Bration products are free with qualifying purchases.  We all like free.  I used Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set for the greeting and sentiment along with Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper and Split Card Texture Dies.

I am entering the Inspire, Create Challenge. The theme for this challenge is New to You.

I am also joining the Make My Monday Challenge, the theme is Something New.

The card base for my card is Basic White card stock.  I took another panel of Basic White card stock and cropped it on both sides of the panel using a die from the Split Card Texture Dies.

Flowers are fussy cut from Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper. The white sprigs are leftovers from another card, I can’t remember the name of the dies I used.  All the elements of the card are arranged on the card base.   A greeting is stamped in Memento Black ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set, matted on a portion of the black from the panel the flowers were fussy cut from and popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Pearls from Pastel Pearls are popped around the card front and the inside of the card.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Flowers from a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper are fussy cut and adhered in the corner of the panel.  A border using scraps from the panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper on the card front adheres to the side and bottom of the panel.  The panel then adheres to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Basic White medium envelopes get a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper added to the envelope flap.
