Welcome everyone—it’s the second Tuesday of the month—that means it is time for our Inkin’ Krew monthly blog hop. It is going to be exciting to see what all the other team members have created. I know you are going to see lots of ideas and inspiration for your own creations. Now on to the hop.

My card is from the Wonderful Romance stamp set. I think this is such a pretty stamp bundle. Using this stamp set will give you the opportunity to make beautiful cards.

Isn’t this a beautiful card? The greeting is from Bunch of Blossoms. I like this greeting and use it often.

The card base is Call Me Clover card stock. The Whisper White mat for the art piece has been cut using one of the dies from the Wonderful Romance stamp bundle. I think it makes for a very nice panel to adhere flowers.

I am playing today in the Cas Mix-up February Challenge. Hoping my card qualifies.

The flowers were stamped in Memento Black Ink on a panel of Whisper White and colored with Lovely Lipstick and Call Me Clover Stampin Blends. a ribbon is tied around the bottom of the flowers so it looks like you are holding a bunch of flowers.

The inside sentiment panel has been cut with the same die as the one on the front. Happy Birthday from the Better Together stamp set has been stamped in Call Me Clover ink.

Country Floral TIEF

This card just sort of happened. The Country Flora embossing folder is one of the freebies ($50 purchase required) available in the second release of Sale-A-Bration. When mine arrived, I wondered what it would look like if the flowers were colored, so I used sponge daubers with Lovely Lipstick, Flirty Flamingo and Pear Pizzazz ink and sponged the ink on the embossing folder then put it through the Big Shot. Well… it turned out to be a great looking art panel so I decided to use it for a card. Then one of our Krew members said her mom was having her 96th birthday and we could send her a card if we wanted too. I thought a precious lady who has graced her family and friends with that many years needs lots of birthday cards, so I used the beautiful embossed piece to make a card for her.

My inspiration comes from the Inspire Create Challenge for this week. How appropriate the Theme is Sale-A-Bration freebies and the embossing folder

The embossed panel with a Polka Dot Tulle ribbon tied in a bow was popped on a Whisper White card base. Happy Birthday was cut from the Well Said stamp bundle. The 96 is cut from an old die set. After my card was made, I was looking at the SAB brochure and it seems I am CAS(E)ing Stampin’ Up’s! sample card. Had not noticed it before deciding to see what the embossing panel would look like with color. Great minds think the same!!

Well Said with All My Love and Butterfly Gala

My card today focuses on the stamp sets, Butterfly Gala and Part of My Story. I have also used All My Love Designer Specialty Paper (DSP).

The inspiration and design for my card come from the TGIF Challenge, thank you TGIF for showcasing all the beautiful Designer Specialty Paper. I am also playing along at Sunday Stamps. The colors for Sundays Stamps are gorgeous and I was happy to find the challenge appeared in my inbox before I got this posted so that I could include it.

The card base is Lovely Lipstick.

Two 1-7/8″ x 3-1/8″ panels from the All My Love DSP
are cut using the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies They are adhered to the red DSP panel using Liquid Glue

Animal Outing with Part of My Story

I received the Animal Outing stamp set at OnStage Atlanta in April 2018. I have used it very little but think it is time to use it more as we now have a stamp set that has the perfect greeting for this (Part of My Story) free with $50 purchase during Sale-A-Bration.

The card starts with a Lovely Lipstick card base. There are two large layer panels for mats, one is Basic Black, the other is cut from a panel of the All My Love DSP. They are adhered together using Liquid Glue then adhered to the card base using the same Liquid Glue.

My inspiration comes from Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Two smaller panels are cut one from Basic Black, the other from Lovely Lipstick. The Lovely Lipstick one is embossed using the Subtle’s TIEF. They are layered together and adhered to the large heart panel using Liquid Glue. A strip of the heart paper from the All My Love DSP is cut along with a strip of Basic Black card stock to make a banner across the card.

The kangaroo is stamped in Soft Suede on a panel of Crumb Cake and cut using the kangaroo die that comes in the bundle saving 10% if that is the way you purchased it. The kangaroo was masked so the little bear in the pouch would not show. A Lovely Lipstick heart cut from the All My Love DSP is adhered using a glue dot on the hand as if the kangaroo is holding the heart. The cute little hippo is stamped in Soft Suede on Gray Granite card stock and cut using his die. This little hippo wants to be different so he has a Coastal Cabana heart balancing on his nose.The greeting is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black Ink on a stitched circle and has a Basic Black mat. Several Epoxy hearts are scattered around the card front. The front is finished. Let’s try for the inside sentiment.

The part of the sentiment is from the bundle called Well Said. It has been cut using Lovely Lipstick card stock. The “I Just” is printed by me. I didn’t have a stamp that says I Just Miss You so I used the two words from the Well Said bundle. The heart flourish is from the Forever Lovely stamp set and is stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink.

Amazing Life with All My Love

My card today comes from the Forever Lovely stamp set and Amazing Life stamp set.

My inspiration and sketch design comes from the Fab Friday 155 Challenge.

Here’s the recipe for this simple, easy card;

Cut a panel of Whisper White card stock 4-1/4″ x 11″.
Score at 5-1/2″ and fold card.
Cut a panel 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ of the red from the All Is Lovely Designer Specialty Paper. You will cut another panel from the reverse side. Available in the 2019 Occasions catalog.
Adhere to the Whisper White card base using Liquid Glue.
Turn the piece of All Is Lovely DSP over and cut a panel 3-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.
Adhere with Liquid Glue to the red panel.
From another piece of the DSP fussy cut the three flowers and pop them in the appropriate place on the flower panel.
Stamp the greeting from Amazing Life in Lovely Lipstick ink on a scrap of Whisper White card stock.
Use one of the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies to cut the greeting out by running it through the Big Shot.
Pop it on the finished card from using Stampin Dimensionals. The card front is finished. Now on to the inside sentiment.
Cut a panel of Lovely Lipstick card stock 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″.
Adhere to the Whisper White card base using Liquid Glue.
Cut a panel of Whisper White card stock 4″ x 5-1/4″.
Use one of the dies from the Lovely Flowers Edgelits Dies to cut the roses by running it through the Big Shot.
Stamp the sentiment in Lovely Lipstick ink on the Whisper White panel with the roses.
Now adhere the panel to the Lovely Lipstick mat using Liquid Glue.
