Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Dreams

Welcome!

The card base is Thick Whisper White cut 4-1/4” x 11” and scored at 5-1/2”. The mat is Merry Merlot cut 4” x 5-1/4” adhered to the card base with Liquid Glue. The Thick Whisper White art panel is cut 3-3/4” x 5”.

The Shaded Spruce leaves are stamped using the Botanical Bliss stamp set. The Dragonfly is cut using the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies from Gold Glimmer paper and paper from the Joyous Noel Glimmer paper. The dragonfly is popped on the Whisper White art panel using Stampin Dimensionals.

The inside sentiment is stamped in Merry Merlot over a dragonfly that has been stamped off twice using Merry Merlot ink. The sentiment is from the August 2018 Blissful Blooms Paper Pumpkin. The sentiment panel is matted on Merry Merlot cardstock.

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Baubles

The stamp set for this card is the Beautiful Baubles stamp bundle. It truly is a beautiful stamp set. The baubles are so pretty. The elements were cut using the Big Shot. The bauble in the center makes me think of a bird cage. They were cut from Silver Glimmer paper and adhered to a Night of Navy mat that was embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder then adhered to the Thick Whisper White card base.

Three different sizes and designs of silver Washi Tape was wrapped around the Night of Navy mat and adhered in the back with tape so they would not come loose.

Three Best Route Enamel Shapes were colored with a Real Red Stampin Blend pen, then adhered to the inside of the circle where the Bauble is.

The “Deck the Halls” greeting is stamped in Versa Mark and then heat embossed using Silver Embossing Powder.

The inside sentiment is stamped on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then a mat of Night of Navy was adhered over it using Liquid Glue. The Night of Navy panel is embossed and cut using one of the Thinlits Dies from the Beautiful Baubles Bundle. Two red stars are also adhered to the Night of Navy Panel.

Stampin’ Up! Spirited Snowmen

Welcome!

I hope you have had a terrific Thursday, doing all the things that make your heart sing. I hope you like my snow couple. I think they are precious. To me they are on a date and looking at the stars. Did you ever go on a date when you were young and look at the stars? How romantic. Or maybe now that you are an adult you look at them often and think what beauty.

The stamp set is the Spirited Snowmen set. The snow couple was stamped on Thick Whisper White card stock and then fussy cut. I stamped three so I could adhere the other two to the art one for depth and not use Stamping Dimensionals. It was Liquid Glue all the way.

The starry sky is a panel cut from the Twinkle, Twinkle DSP and adhered to the Whisper White card base that was embossed using the Softly Falling Embossing Folder. The snow bank was cut from a scrap of the Thick Whisper White card stock. It extends almost all the way across the embossed panel. It would probably look better if I had embossed it with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder also.

The “Together We Make A Great Pair” greeting is from the Animal Outing stamp set. It is stamped using Night of Navy onto the snow bank.

The inside sentiment is panel of Whisper White adhered to a mat of Night of Navy after the Whisper White panel had been punched with a retired Stampin’ Up! heart punch. You can use any punch you like or leave it plain. I wanted the hearts, since I wrote the word “LOVE” using the Night of Navy Stampin’ Write Marker.
