Stampin’ Up! Little Twinkle
Hey everyone! How was your week? One of those you are happy it is over and now you are looking to the weekend and the Super Bowl.
My card today is featuring a stamp set from the 2019-2020 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. It is the Little Twinkle stamp set. I think the star heart stamp is so great for so many cards, birthdays, thinking of you, Valentine, Anniversary, you name it you can use it!
The challenge for today is with The Global Design Project.
This is a super easy card and is practically one layer. The card base is Stampin’ Up! Whisper White card stock.
There is a Stampin’ Up! Flirty Flamingo panel for the mat that has been embossed in the Stampin’ Up! Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder. It is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
The art panel is a Whisper White that has the art images stamped in Stampin’ Up! Real Red ink. The stamp set used is Stampin’ Up! Little Twinkle. The art part and the greeting are stamped on the same panel nothing else added. There are many things that could be done to this card to make it more advanced but I decided to make a simple card that anyone can make.
The sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles Stamp Set and is stamped in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel. The heart that is on the card front is carried forward to the inside panel also.
In finishing the heart from the card front is also stamped on the envelope flap along with the Little Dipper.

The stamp set being featured in today’s card creation is Stampin’ Up! Floral Essence, (this is available in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog).
My card challenges for today are 
The first thing was to cut a panel of Stampin’ Up! Crumb Cake card stock for the card base. Next was to crop the tree from Crumb Cake card stock using the Stampin’ Up! Majestic Mountain Dies. I then smushed the tree on the Delicata Copper Stamp pad to color the tree. To speed up drying of the ink, I used the heat tool.
Next, using a Stampin’ Up! Layering Oval Die, I cut an oval from Stampin’ Up! Basic Black Cardstock, popping it on the Stampin’ Up! Crumb Cake card stock panel embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder. The tree was then glued to the oval using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
The “Time To Celebrate” greeting is from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set, stamped in Memento Black Ink on a scrap of Crumb Cake card stock and cut with the smallest Stitched Rectangles Die. It is popped on with Glue Dots.
Five little red hearts are stamped in Stampin’ Up! Real Red ink on a Crumb Cake card stock scrap and fussy cut and added to the card front. The little hearts give it a touch of color and could be used for a masculine valentine card by changing the greeting.
The sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tropical Stamp Set is stamped in Delicata Copper Ink on a panel of Stampin’ Up! Very Vanilla card stock. The tree is adhered in the lower corner.
A panel from Stampin’ Up! 6” x 6” Neutral Designer Series Paper is adhered to the flap of a Stampin’ Up! Very Vanilla envelope.
Good morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Did you enjoy that extra day off? Don’t you just love 3-day weekends? Did anyone do anything fun or just stay inside where it was warm. It’s colder today and I am so happy, I am blessed to get to be home and not have to venture outside in the cold, cold temps we are having here in Georgia. 19 degrees is a bit too chilly for my blood. I would like it 70 degrees each day, guess I need to move to a warm climate.
