Stampin’ Up! Winter Wood Too
Well, here it Friday and the weekend ahead. I guess you could say every day is the weekend for me but you know there is just something special about saying the weekend.
I chose down the right side of The Paper Players Challenge for my challenge choice. Embossing-Ribbon or Twine-Green. Today’s card is similar to the one yesterday, same stamp set.
The card base is Stampin’ Up! Shaded Spruce card stock with a panel of the same embossed with the Stampin’ Up! Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
The Whisper White panel that is the background for the spruce tree is also embossed using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder after the greeting from a Stampin’ Up! stamp set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink. There are many stamp sets that have the hello as one of the stamps, I forgot to write down the stamp set I used.
The spruce tree from Stampin’ Up! Winter Woods Stamp Set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink twice, after the trees are cropped, using the Stampin’ Up! In The Woods Dies they are stacked one over the other using Stampin’ Up! Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to give some dimension to the tree.
I call it a Mary bow as Mary Deatherage is the person who showed me how to make this bow. I wrapped Stampin’ Up! Linen Thread around the embossed panels three times and adhered the bow with a Stampin’ Up! Glue Dot. Three Stampin’ Up! Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels are scattered randomly around the card front.
The sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles Stamp Set is stamped in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and the panel is adhered to the card base.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!
