Stampin’ Up! Share A Milkshake
Marvelous Monday, may your day be blessed in every way. School starts the on for another 9 months. Traffic, traffic everywhere increased. May your school age children have a great year with wonderful, caring teachers.
Let’s share a milkshake today, chocolate is probably your choice of course, but I’ll have strawberry and butter pecan because chocolate can send me to the ER, though I love it; so since we can’t share in person I will make you one in card instead using Stampin’ Up! Share A Milkshake stamp set & Dies.
I am entering the Alphabet Challenge Blog for today’s card as their theme for this challenge is ice cream.
My card base is Bubble Bath card stock with mats of Berry Burst card stock. The background panel is from Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper. You can see in the photo above this one how to cut the card base. The opening flap is scored at 2-1/8″ to create the easel.
I stamped the ice cream in Pecan Pie, stamping off once to create the Butter Pecan ice cream, Sweet Sorbet for the strawberry ice cream and cherries. I also stamped the milkshake glass in Pecan Pie, stamping off once for the second step. The ice cream dish is die cut from a piece of Silver Foil, but it sure doesn’t look silver in the picture. The layers of ice cream are adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The milkshake and dish of ice cream are adhered using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
This is how the card looks when opened. It make for a great stand-up card.
The sentiments from Stampin’ Up! Share A Milkshake stamp set are stamped in Pecan Pie ink on Basic White card stock, matted on Berry Burst card stock and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Tiny hearts are adhered down the side of the card base using Berry Burst hearts and Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Basic White envelope gets a panel of Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper applied to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you took the time to linger and look at my other blog post and cards and that you will join me on my stamping journey as I share my cards with you each day. My hope and wish are that you will be inspired to create amazing creations yourself. Feel free to CAS(E) any card. Any questions you may have, you know you can always contact me. Have a blessed day!

What a great fun fold card for our ice cream challenge, Shirley! Love the ice cream treats you made (but I’m not a chocolate ice cream fan) and the designer paper you used is perfect for the old-fashioned ice cream shops back in the day. Thank you for playing with us at the Alphabet Challenge. I hope you can join us again soon.
