Stampin’ Up! Expressions Of Kindness

My card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Expressions of Kindness Kit, Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes Stamp Set, and Painted Lavender Dies.

This is an easel card and the above picture show how to fold and score the card.  The card base is Lost Lagoon cardstock.  It is cut 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 2-3/4″ & 5-1/2″.  Fold at the 2-3/4″ score line to create the base for the ease.

A card from Expressions of Kindness Kit is cut in half and the card front is used for the card front for the easel.  Using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set, stamp the leafy sprig in Lost Lagoon ink stamped off once.  Add one of the flower elements and one of the gold elements from Expressions of Kindness Kit, along with a Basic White piece that has been die cut using a die from Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Dies.

Take a length of the White ribbon in the Expressions of Kindness Kit and place on the bottom of the floral spray.  Using one of the labels that comes with the Kit stamp a greeting using a stamp from the stamp set that comes with the Kit.  Adhere the label over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Sprinkle several of the gems that comes with the Kit around the card front.

Another panel of one of the cards in the Kit is used for the inside panel for the card.  Stamp in Lost Lagoon ink a sentiment from the stamp set that comes with the Kit.  Die cut a strip of flowers using a die from Stampin’ Up! Painted Lavender Dies.  Place them on the right side of the inside panel about 3/4 of the way down the panel.  This becomes the stop for the ease.  Adhere the panel to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The envelope is from the Stampin’ Up! Expressions Of Kindness Kit.

An easel fun fold, I believe are my favorite.   They are easy to create and easy for the recipient to sit on a table or mantle.   I used Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Beauty again in creating this card.  Most everyone knows how to create this easy card.  Many videos are found on YouTube showing how to create easel fun folds.  Here is just one from Mary Deatherage.

This is the way the card looks when closed.  You would close it like this for mailing.  The card base is Berry Burst cardstock. The card base is 4-1/2″ x  11″ scored at 2-1/8″ and 5-1/2″.  When folded  at the 2-1/8″ score line, this  will create the fun fold.

Two panels of Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper is cut, one is adhered to the 2-1/8″  fold other is adhered to the inside of the card.  A Berry Burst strip is cut, embossed using Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder , then adhered across the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  A sprig is die cut using a die from Unbounded Beauty dies.  It is popped on the card front.  A greeting is stamped on a piece of Basic White cardstock using Memento Black ink , die cut using a die from Everyday Detail Dies.  The greeting is popped on the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Three flowers are stamped in Berry Burst ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock using an image from Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Beauty stamp set.

This is the back of the card.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! County Birdhouse stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock.  It is adhered to the card back using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

A Basic White envelope gets a piece  of Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set and Dies.  This is another new stamp set for me from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog.  I also used Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder and Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper.

I started with a Pretty Peacock cardstock card base with a panel of the same embossed using Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.  The embossed panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut tow panels of Designer Series Paper from Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper, choosing two different patterns.  I also cut a strip of the Designer Series Paper and cut each end creating a banner strip.  The first panel of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper is adhered using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, the second one is popped on at a slight angle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Two sprigs of flowers are die cut using dies from Thoughtful Journey Dies, one is die cut from Basic White cardstock the other from a scrap of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper.  Pretty Peacock sequins from Adhesive Backed Sequin Trio are popped around the card front.  

A panel of Basic White cardstock is stamped with flowers using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set and Pretty Peacock ink.  They are colored using Wild Wheat and Pool Party  Stampin’ Blends.

A Basic White envelope gets a piece  of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper adhered to the envelope flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Kind of been under the weather the past few days and just did not have the energy to even make a card.  It was a chore to just walk across the floor.  Haven’t had one of these in a while.  It is so irritating when it happens.  All I can do is lie down until it passes.  Lasted longer this time, but much better now. Have you enjoyed my tale of Whoa!?😁

My card today is created using Stampin’ Up! Coffee With Friends stamp set.  I also used one of the wood trees from March 2024 Paper Pumpkin and a piece of one of the cards.  I believe these cards in this Paper Pumpkin coordinate well with Meandering Meadow Designer Series Paper.

My challenge for this card is Krafty Chicks Challenge.    I just finished as Guest Designer there for the month of March.  It was quiet an experience.  Makes me appreciate with lot of admiration for the ones that are in charge of Challenges.

Ellibelle’s  Crafty Wednesday –  April Challenge   

My card base is Highland Heather cardstock with a layer of Gorgeous Grape as a mat for the piece of the card from the March Paper Pumpkin that I used.  The Paper Pumpkin piece was trimmed and adhered to the Gorgeous Grape cardstock mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

A wood tree from the Paper Pumpkin is colored with Granny Apple Green ink and a Blending Brush.  I was a bit afraid to use my Blends because it being wood, I thought it might ruin the tip of the pen.  I find that just coloring a rhinestone or pearl fuzzies up the tip.  The Paper Pumpkin piece was trimmed and adhered to the Gorgeous Grape cardstock mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

An image from Stampin’ Up! Coffee With Friends stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock.  It is colored using Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends.  The image is then fussy cut and popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Adhesive Backed Dragon Flies and Birds are popped around the card front.

The sentiments from Stampin’ Up! Beach Day stamp set and Stampin’ Up! Lazy Days stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  A scrap from Meandering Meadow Designer Series Paper is adhered down the left side of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

An envelope from the March Paper Pumpkin is used as the envelope instead of decorating the flap of a Basic White envelope.

Krafty Chicks Challenge #706 Stamps — Leanne

I have the honor of being the Guest Chick for Krafty Chicks Challenge for the month of March. 

Since this is the first week of the month it means the challenge for this week is STAMP. There must be something on your project that is stamped,  The main Chicks, say it can be a stamped image, sentiment or digi. It will qualify for the challenge.

 

The card I am sharing today is a new Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive item, Magnolia Mood stamp set and Dies.  I also used Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Expressions Dies, and Timeworn Type 3 D Embossing Folder.

This card is an easy Fun Fold  card.  All the card cuts are at the end of this post.  Two pieces of Bubble Bath cardstock are cut and embossed using Stampin’ Up! Timeworn Type 3 D Embossing Folder. The two embossed panel are matted on Basic Black mats and adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Two labels are die cut using dies from Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Expressions Dies, one in Basic White, the other in Basic Black.  The large magnolia image from Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood stamp set is stamped in Smoky Slate ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock.  The image is colored using Bubble Bath, Granny Apple Green, and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends.  The magnolia  image is die cut using the matching die from Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood Dies.  The image is then popped over the two label on the card front.  Gems from Tinsel Gems Four Pack are popped around the card front.

 

Two labels are die cut from Bubble Bath cardstock using a die from Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Expressions Dies.  A sentiment  from Stampin’ Up! Beach Day stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink for the inside left panel. A magnolia is stamped in Versa Mark ink under the sentiment.  A Basic Black label is die cut from the same dies to create a mat for the sentiment on this panel.  A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Wild Ferns stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on the other label it is adhered to the right side panel after small magnolias are stamped in Versa Mark on the panel.  

A Basic White envelope gets a Magnolia  from Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood stamp set  stamped on the envelope flap and the envelope left corner on the front using Bubble Bath ink.
