Stampin’ Up! Queen Bee Blessings of Home

Stampin’ Up! Queen Bee Blessings of Home

The card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Stamp Set, Memories & More Card Pack, Stampin’ Up! Queen Bee stamp set and dies, along with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder

I am entering Seize The Birthday Challenge with the option of Winged Things.  I believe my Queen Bee is a great winged thing.  Wait till you see her she is beautiful.

I am also joining Creative Creases Challenge as my card is a fun fold..

This is the diagram for cutting and scoring the card base.

The picture above also shows how the card base looks once it is scored and cut.  The card base is Basic White card stock with panels of Blackberry Bliss for the mats.  This card is all one piece, you use a full sheet of card stock. Score on the long at short side both down the middle — long side 5-1/2″ — short side 4-1/4″. Cut on the 5-1/2″ scoreline cutting 1/2″ beyond the center scoreline.  Turn card stock around and cut 1/2″ off the other side.

To the front flap after all the elements are added, add a Blackberry Bliss mat embossed using the Stampin’ Up! Timeworn Type 3-D Embossing Folder then a card of your choosing from the Stampin’ Up! Heart & Home Memories & More Card Pack.  It will fit over the Blackberry Bliss mat perfectly. Stamp a greeting from the Stampin’ Up! By My Side Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss ink on the woodgrain portion.  Emboss this piece using the Timber 3-D Embossing Folder. Add a length of Blackberry Bliss Ribbon between the greeting and the art piece.  Attach to the flap using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside of the card, the Basic White panels are matted in Blackberry Bliss and adhered to the card base after all the sentiments, flowers, and the Queen Bee are added.  The flowers on the right are stamped with a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Queen Bee stamp set and colored in Fresh Freesia and Granny Apple Stampin’ Blends Markers.  The Queen Bee is stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and the flowers and leaves are colored using Fresh Freesia and Granny Apple Stampin’ Blends MarkersBrushed Metallic Butterflies are popped around the two panels.  The sentiments are from several Stampin’ Up! stamp sets.  You can use whatever sentiments you prefer.

Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets, Chic Dies with Summer Shadow

Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets, Chic Dies with Summer Shadow

I created a simple card that I am sharing today.  This card is created using a card from Stampin’ Up! Texture Chic Memories & More Card Pack.  It really does all the work.  I added a few leaf and flower outlines.  The die that cropped the leaf outlines is from Stampin’ Up! Chic Dies, while the flower outlines are from Stampin’ Up! Summer Shadow Dies.  I cropped them from Basic White card stock and Evening Evergreen card stock.  See how simple it is, I only needed one paragraph to give you instructions for making the card front.  The word love on the card is pre-printed so to give it a little more sparkle, I used a Wink of Stella pen.

I am entering the NBUS Challenge.  I think we all buy things for card making and put them on the shelf or drawer, intending to use. I happened up a Stampin’ Up! Memories & More card pack and decided to use one of them to create this card.

The leaf and flower outlines I cropped are adhered over the flowers and leaves on the card.   The outlines make the flowers and leaves pop more.  Several Brushed Metallic Butterflies are scattered around the card front.

I stamped a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on the Basic White panel that has been matted on a panel of Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper. I also cropped flowers and leaves from Evening Evergreen card stock and adhered to the corners of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Three Brushed Metallic Butterflies are also popped on the panel of Basic White card stock.

Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight – Celebrate You

Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight – Celebrate You

My card I am sharing today is created using Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set, along with Dainty Delight Dies, Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper, and Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.

I am entering Pammie’s Inkie Pinkies Challenge. Their theme is Anything Goes except the 5th Monday.

I started with a card base of Basic White card stock, adding a panel of Starry Sky card stock which becomes the mat for the panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper which is the background for the art piece.

The art piece is a different pattern from the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper.  I fussy cut two daisies from a piece of the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper and popped over the flowers on the art piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cropped one daisy from a piece of Crushed Curry card stock and popped it on the card front also.

A Linen Thread bow is made and popped on the flower stem.  A greeting from Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set is stamped in Starry Sky ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock, matted on scraps of Crushed Curry and Starry Sky card stock, and popped on the card front using Stampin’ DimensionalsIridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are scattered around the card front.

A  panel of Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper is matted on a panel of Starry Sky card stock, a sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set is stamped in Starry Sky ink onto the panel and the panel is adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Favored Flowers Happy Thoughts

Stampin’ Up! Favored Flowers Happy Thoughts

The card I am sharing today is created using SALE-A-Bration products. SALE-A-Bration products are free with qualifying purchases.  We all like free.  I used Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set for the greeting and sentiment along with Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper and Split Card Texture Dies.

I am entering the Inspire, Create Challenge. The theme for this challenge is New to You.

I am also joining the Make My Monday Challenge, the theme is Something New.

The card base for my card is Basic White card stock.  I took another panel of Basic White card stock and cropped it on both sides of the panel using a die from the Split Card Texture Dies.

Flowers are fussy cut from Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper. The white sprigs are leftovers from another card, I can’t remember the name of the dies I used.  All the elements of the card are arranged on the card base.   A greeting is stamped in Memento Black ink on a scrap of Basic White card stock using a stamp from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set, matted on a portion of the black from the panel the flowers were fussy cut from and popped on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Pearls from Pastel Pearls are popped around the card front and the inside of the card.

A sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set is stamped in Memento Black ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Flowers from a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper are fussy cut and adhered in the corner of the panel.  A border using scraps from the panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper on the card front adheres to the side and bottom of the panel.  The panel then adheres to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Basic White medium envelopes get a panel of Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper added to the envelope flap.
